The strong physique of the people is not only the basis for their demand for a better life,but also the prerequisite for the sustainable development of the society and the realization of the great Chinese dream.With national fitness becoming a national strategy,this puts forward new requirements for every member of society,especially undergraduates.In recent years,the physical quality of undergraduates has gradually deteriorated,and improving the physical fitness of college students has become an issue that more and more people pay more attention to.Persistent and regular participation in sports has a positive effect on the physical and mental health of individuals.Therefore,how to improve the persistence of college students in sports and then improve their physical and psychological quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.Flow experience,as an intrinsic pleasure experience produced in sports of individual,is a positive variable that arises when individuals and sports situations match each other.This article takes the flow experience and its relationship with college students' persistence in sports as the research topic.After browsing a large number of studies on relation flow experiences and persistence of college students in sports,using the interview method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method,and mathematical theory to research.And using the statistical method to explore the interaction between the flow experience and the persistence of college students in sports.By designing different levels of task difficulty(low,medium and high levels)to intervene in the flow experience of college students in sports.The adjustment of the difficulty of the task is based on the uniform pace(control of intensity),and experiments are carried out according to the low,medium,and high levels of activity(400 meters,800 meters,and 1,000 meters).Finally,the relationship between the flow experience of college students in sports and the persistence of sports is discussed by using one-way analysis of variance analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that:1.There are significant differences in the nine dimensions and total scores of the flow experience for male and female college students;2.There is a significant difference in the "clear target" dimension of the liberal arts college students' flow experience in sports.There was no significant difference between the eight dimensions and total scores;3.When the college students participated in different types of activity projects,there was no significant difference in the "control"dimension of flow experience,and the remaining eight dimensions and total scores were significant differences;4.The nine dimensions of the flow experience of college students is the highest score and have the best flow experience in the mid-difficult task level;5.The flow experience plays a part of the intermediary role in the difficulty of the task of predicting the persistence of college sports.Conclusions:1.As a whole,the overall evaluation of the smooth experience of boys is better than that of girls.2.There is no obvious difference in the smooth experience of college students of different majors.However,science students have a clearer goal in the sports activities.3.The overall evaluation of the smooth experience of college students during running is better than other types of activities such as ball games and exercises;4.The students have a smooth experience when performing tasks with different difficulty.When participating in moderate-difficult task activities,the overall evaluation of smooth experience is the best;5.Fluent experience plays a partial mediation role in the difficulty of the task to predict the persistence of college sports.Smooth experience is the intermediary variable of the difficulty of the task and the persistence of college sports.Suggestions:1.When students engage in sports,they should try to choose some activities that have a stronger sense of structure and more convenient implementation on the basis of their interest in sports.At the same time,encourage diversity sports;2.The level of task activity with medium task difficulty can better promote the flow experience level of college students in sports.When choosing activities,college students should choose according to their current skill level.The difficulty of the task should be maintained in their own development zone and try to choose the task of medium difficulty.The control of difficulty shall be based on the structural characteristics of different projects,and the effective adjustment of the activity amount and activity intensity shall be carried out to improve the quality of sports and promote the smooth experience.3.The flow experience is the best psychological experience that the individual produces in the process of physical activity.The emergence and development of the smooth experience improves the athleticism of college students.In order to improve the persistence of college students in sports,attention should be paid to the sports process of college students and the role of sports experience.4.Flow experience research on various aspects such as human-computer interaction,learning,and improving athletic performance is more and more extensive.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the application of flow experience in improving the persistence of sports for college students,through theoretical research and various activities.The characteristics of the school put forward some practical and concrete measures to improve the persistence of college students in sports and promote the healthy development of their physiology and personality.
