Background:Along with the high development of economic,the abundance of material and diet has changed the habits of students,which brings the phenomenon of over nutrition and rising obesity rates;With the deepening of modernization,the popularity of elevators,vehicles,and high buildings,restricts the place and scope of students' sports activities;The increase of students'academic pressure,the flooding of various of extracurricular classes and the thought of respecting intellectual education and ignoring physical education reduce the physical exercise time;The popularity of electronic products and online gaming attracts the attention of students and declines the interest in sports,which caused the fall in physical health.Purpose:This research aims to explore the effect of improving students' physical health status by physical training courses based on the characteristics of the sensitive period of physical development,and to provide reference for enriching the content of the course and the reform of public physical education curriculum.Methods:Six fourth-grade classes from Affiliated Primary School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences were randomly selected as the participants.The classes were divided into three groups as the experimental group 1,the experimental group 2 and the control group,each group includes two classes.The whole experiment lasted two months with a total of eight weeks.The experimental group 1 got physical training courses twice a week and once a week for the experimental group 2,in response to this,the control group committed to the original PE classes.The physical training courses had been made by comprehensive analysis,which included the running,jumping,agility and coordinate ability exercise based on the physical training apparatus,such as rope ladders,agile coaching circles,small hurdles,soft volleyballs,flag plates and flag buckets,etc.The physical tests were carried out in the preliminary experiment and the latter experiment and the fitness test data was collected by Excel.Then the data was analyzed by SPSS20.0 through single factor analysis of variance.Results:At the aspect of body shape(height,weight and BMI),there has no significant difference in height,weight and BMI value between the three groups(P>0.05);At the aspect of body function(vital capacity),there was no significant difference in vital capacity value between the three groups(P>0.05);At the aspect of physical quality(50 meters,20s repeated across,body ante flexion in sitting position,1 min sit-up,standing long jump,1 min rope skipping).50 meters:there has significant difference in the disparity of average value between group 1 and group 3(P<0.05),but there has no significant difference between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05),the same as group 2 and group 3;20s repeated across:There has significant difference in the disparity between group 1 and group 2(P<0.01),the same as group 2 and group 3,there has no significant difference between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05);body ante flexion in sitting position:There has no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05);1 min sit-up:There has significant difference in the disparity of average value between group 1 and group 3(P<0.01),the same as group 1 and group 2,but there has no significant difference between group 2 and group 3(P>0.05);standing long jump:There has significant difference in the disparity of average value between group 1 and group 2(P<0.01),the same as group 1 and group 3,but there has no significant difference between group 2 and group 3(P>0.05);1 min rope skipping:There has significant difference in the disparity of average value between group 1 and group 3(P<0.05),but there has no significant difference between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05),the same as group 2 and group 3.Conclusions:First,the physical training courses intervention plays a positive role in improving the fourth-grade primary school students' physical health level,especially at the aspect of sports quality,including speed,coordination,agility,strength and endurance,the physical quality was more significantly improved prepared with the control group.Second,twice a week for physical training courses intervention enhance the effect than once a week.
