Research On The Construction Of Information Service Platform For Social Sports Instructors

Since China promulgated the "System of Social Sports Instructors' Technical Grading System" in 1993,with the joint efforts of all sectors of society,the scale of social sports instructors has gradually grown and become an important force to promote the development of the mass sports industry.By the end of 2015,the number of public welfare social sports instructors nationwide has reached more than 1.9 million [1].At present,the team of non-profit social sports instructors in China has become an important component of China's national public health service system and the core force of the national fitness voluntary service system.However,at present,the sources of non-profit social sports instructors in our country are relatively narrow,and the training and activities of instructors are also contradictory to the needs of the people.There is still a big gap between the overall quality of the team and the fitness needs of the people.In the context of healthy Chinese construction,it is imperative to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the work of social sports instructors in China,strengthen the construction of instructors,and accelerate the construction of a more complete voluntary fitness service system and public service system.The information service platform is a powerful means to promote the efficient operation of public services,and is an effective tool for promoting the socialized and flattened transformation and upgrading of the administrative management and work operation modes of social sports instructors.In this year's government work report,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly proposed to further strengthen the construction of ‘Internet+Sports'.Therefore,actively exploring the construction of information service platform for social sports instructors in the construction of healthy China is an effective tool to enhance the effectiveness of instructor services and promote the transformation and upgrading of the instructor's work model.This article analyzes the current needs of the transformation and development of non-profit social sports instructors through literature,questionnaire surveys,discussion methods,seminars,interviews,and comparative analysis.It combs the development of volunteer information service platforms at home and abroad.Based on the analysis,we explored the functions and operating modes of our country's social sports instructors' information service platform,platform construction and operation guarantee,etc.,in order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of social sports instructors in China through the construction of the social sports instructor information service platform.The construction of instructors will serve the well-to-do society and healthy China.
