Long jump take-off is the most important part of the whole long jump technology.The quality of the take-off technology not only affects the quality of the vacant and landing movements,but also is related to the ability to make the best use of the horizontal speed obtained in the run-up and the transformation from the horizontal velocity to the vertical speed to create the best performance.The analysis and diagnosis of long jump take off technology is an important part of long jump technology analysis.With the methods of literature,3D video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper uses two JVC-GC-P100 cameras to shoot the women's long jump competition in the Thirteenth National Games and parse with KNOW3 D software,taking the first jump technique of the best performance of the top 7 athletes in the women's long jump competition of the Thirteenth National Games.As the study object,from the moment of takeoff,the maximum buffering moment,the moment of departure,the take-off and buffering stage,and the take-off and stretching stage,the first 7 athletes' Take-off techniques were analyzed in the Thirteenth National Games.The results showed that: At the moment of the ground,the angle of the hip joint and knee joint of the 7 athletes is smaller than the world's top athletes,and the ground technique is poor and there is a phenomenon of bending the leg.There was a great difference in the movement of the swinging leg.Two,the angle of the thigh only Lu Minjia is more reasonable,and the rest 6 athletes have bigger difference between the two thigh angles,and two thigh movements are different.At the same time,by testing the athletes' take-off leg,the greater the speed and speed of the hip joint and knee joint,the better the score.2,at the moment of maximum buffering,7 athletes are more reasonable,especially the hip and knee joint of the take-off leg have little difference from those of the world's top athletes.In addition,by testing the athlete's take-off leg and knee joint's vertical velocity at that instant,the greater the vertical speed is,the better the score is.3,at the moment of leaving the ground,7 athletes take off their legs from the ground,and the technology is unreasonable.There was a great difference in the movement of the swinging leg.Two,the angle of thigh is smaller than that of the world elite athletes,but the swing leg is not enough.And through the test of data correlation,the horizontal speed and speed of the hip joint in this moment will affect the performance of the long jump.The better the speed is,the better.4.In the stage of take-off and buffering,the technical movements of the 7 athletes' Take-off legs and the swinging legs are more reasonable.The horizontal speed and the speed of the take-off leg are reduced in varying degrees.It is in line with the technical characteristics of this stage.The buffer stage of the athletes is longer,which may be due to the weak strength of the lower extremities of the sportsmen.5,in the stage of take-off and extension,7 athletes swing leg swing technology is more reasonable.Within a certain range,we should shorten the time of push and stretch stage to lay a solid foundation for fast and effective stretching.6,in the take-off process,7 jumpers of the sector angle is more reasonable.The 6 athletes,except Gong Luying,are also in a reasonable range.The appropriate angle helps to minimize the loss rate of the horizontal velocity,creating conditions for the rapid takeoff.The tested athletes take-off fan angle and jumping vertical speed the size will affect the performance of long jump.I hope this study will provide a theoretical basis for improving the performance of Chinese women's long jumpers and training of coaches in the future.
