In the age of big data and economic transformation,the society is full of development vitality,but the development of morality is obviously not synchronized with it,and moral problems frequently occur,Some individual graduate master tutors in some colleges and universities do not attach importance to the influence of moral factors on student development,have no awareness of moral leadership,and even emerged academic misconduct and other moral events,which has become an important focus of education reform.China's postgraduate training mainly uses the tutor responsibility system as the frontline of the students' training.The moral cultivation of tutors is related to the quality of education and training,and it is related to the results of the university education reform.It is related to the implementation of the concept of moral education.What is the moral leadership of the tutor and what factors restrict the moral leadership of the tutor and how to improve the moral leadership of the tutor from the school level? These are problems that need to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to study the tutor's moral leadership and it makes sense.This paper uses the behavioral event interview method to design a survey questionnaire of the moral leadership status of postgraduates for postgraduates in colleges and universities.Through the investigation of 200 postgraduate students in school,the data analysis software SPSS is used to analyze the main factors of the data to obtain the moral leadership model of the instructor.It is composed of professional teaching and research capabilities,the qualities of moral education,humanistic care and critical reflection.At the same time,according to relevant data,it is analyzed that the status quo of the ethical leadership of mentors is generally good and local needs improvement.In the framework of social exchange theory and social learning theory,the corresponding promotion strategy is proposed from the perspective of school management: the school should be on the tutor Conduct regular tutor moral training,pay attention to tutor moral education work,incorporate moral indicators into the selection criteria of tutors for hiring,tutors themselves must also establish moral education awareness,strengthen moral cultivation;schools should redesign tutor assessment system,focus on moral factors Considering,establishing and improving the moral ethics supervision system of the instructor;building the moral community of the college through the organizational level,cultivating the team spirit among the tutors in the college organization,and building a harmonious and stable university moral culture.
