At present,the reform of education in China is relatively strong,and many education concepts and ideas have appeared and been widely popularized.Sticking to the traditional education methods and ideas is obviously not suitable for the basic situation of the dynamic development of education practice in China,nor is it in line with the trend of dynamic development of talent specialization in the new era.To better promote teachers’ professional development and drive the improvement of the quality of education in our country,taking Qingdao as an example,this paper has carried out the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and the countermeasure of senior high school teachers’ professional development,hoping to provide effective reference for teachers’ individual practice and external support work of school and education department in the local senior high school teachers’ professional development.This paper first clarifies the connotation of teachers’ professional development,and reorients the composition of teacher’s professional development,and divides it according to external performance and internal elements,in which the external performance includes the development of teaching design,teaching implementation,class and educational activity management,teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,reflection and development and the internal basic elements include the development of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional emotion.It is pointed out that the internal factors of teacher professional development are difficult to carry out effective quantitative evaluation,and the external environment has a great influence on the internal factors of teacher professional development.Based on the composition and characteristics of teachers’ professional development,this paper conducts two kinds of surveys for senior high school teachers in Qingdao city.One is the survey of external professional performance,and the other is the survey of external environment that affects the elements of teachers’ internal professional development.The significant influence of external environment on teachers’ professional development is initially summarized as four aspects: financial and hardware support,policy support,development equity and school attention.After investigating the high school teachers in Qingdao city,it is found that the local high school teachers have some problems in the teaching design,teaching implementation,class and teaching activity management,teaching evaluation,communication and cooperation,reflection and development.The specific causes are teachers’ poor understanding of teaching objectives,weak awareness of teaching innovation,lack of psychological skills,outdated teaching evaluation concept and weak awareness of lifelong development.According to corresponding problems,this paper puts forward to basic suggestions on the teaching goal understanding and planning ability training,teaching methods and teaching innovation consciousness and ability to transform theory,teaching evaluation functional cognition and multivariate evaluation practice and improving the external communication channels of communication with the main body consciousness,which at the same time solve the problems of the individual consciousness and practice of teacher’s professional development.At the same time,the external environment of professional development of local high school teachers is not good,and there are three problems such as insufficient funds and resources support,lack of fairness,and neglect of professional emotional development incentive.The specific causes are unclear policies and low project input,insufficient extension and coverage of equitable education development to the level of teacher development,and insufficient recognition of the importance and necessity of teachers’ professional development by schools.In this regard,this paper proposes to solve the resource support problem by clarifying the special budget,optimizing the financing channels,promoting the equity concept and teacher flow management to eliminate the equity problem,and improving the internal element support of teachers’ professional development by professional emotional cultivation and school-based training.
