For a long time,industry has been the largest industrial sector of China's national economy.Until now,China has been in the stage of accelerating industrialization for a long time.In recent years,all localities and departments have adhered to the new development concept,vigorously implemented the innovation-driven development strategy,and focused on supply-side structural reforms to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.The service industry has maintained rapid development and its scale has continued to expand.In 2017,the added value of China's service industry was 427.032 billion yuan,accounting for 51.6%of GDP,surpassing the 11.1 percentage point of the secondary industry.The service industry has become the main driving force for China's economic development.Since the 18th National Congress,the service industry has taken the lead in absorbing employment and supporting the healthy development of the national economy.Under the background of the service industry becoming the main driving force of national development,the service industry has become the main channel for absorbing employment and raising the average wage of people.In 2017,the proportion of employed persons in the service industry reached 44.9%,surpassing the secondary industry by 16.8 percentage points.People really enjoy the"employment dividend"brought about by the development of the service industry.At the same time,the average wage of the service industry as a whole has exceeded the secondary industry.Achieving high-quality employment in the service industry is an important aspect of promoting the quality development of China's service industry.The current situation is that due to the large differences in the 14 sub-sectors of the service industry,the employment and wage levels of various industries have not increased simultaneously.The employment and average wages of various industries in the service industry are not in a balanced development.This is precisely This article attempts to start with research.From the research content,this paper sorts out the relevant theories about employment issues and wages in various schools and the related literatures on employment and wage income in China's service industry in recent years.Based on the theory,the research framework of this paper is constructed.Then,using the labor market theory and the mathematical analysis of the Baumol-Fox model,the theoretical mechanism of the relationship between employment and wage income in China's service industry and the four categories of economy,system,human capital and opening up are clarified.Under the influence of factors,the theoretical changes in the relationship between employment and wage income in the service industry,and finally put forward six hypotheses.Then it makes a dynamic and static description of the current situation of employment and average wage income in China's service industry.Finally,it also uses specific indicator descriptions and graphic descriptions to show the statistical relationship between employment and wage income in China's service industry.In the empirical part,by constructing four econometric models,the six hypotheses proposed are validated,and finally the employment and wage income of the service industry in China are reversed under the influence of the other party;and in the higher administrative monopoly and human capital conditions Under the service industry,the employment share of various industries has become lower and the income share has become higher.Under the higher economic monopoly conditions,the employment share of various industries in the service industry has become higher and the income share has become lower.China's service industry employment and wage income actually show a reverse change under the influence of administrative monopoly,economic monopoly and human capital.Generally speaking,this paper mainly discusses three issues:First,how is the development status of employment and wage income in the service industry in China?The specific explanation is how the two are distributed among industries,and the flow direction of the two.Is it consistent?Second,what is the theoretical relationship between employment and wage income in China's service industry,what is the actual relationship,and what causes the inconsistent flow of employment and wages among the service industries in China.Third,how should we promote the orderly and fair development of employment and wage income in all sectors of the service industry in China.Of course,limited by the author's research ability,many of the ideas in the paper are still immature,and there are many omissions in the methods and research ideas used.I also ask experts and teachers to give criticism and correction.
