With the continuous development of basketball competitive sports, the basketball games in China are emerging one after another, and the requirements for competitive basketball players are also increasing in terms of the level of excitement, enjoy ability, skill, tactics, and the strength of both offensive and defensive sides.Meanwhile, the requirements for participants in competitive basketball games are also getting higher and higher. In order to promote the reform of competition training in the sports academies,to explore the talent training mode, and to further improve the basketball training level and the quality of personnel training in sports colleges, the Basketball League of Sports Colleges came into being. This paper takes the top four men's teams of the Third-SCBA as the research objects, and the research methods include literature data method, interview method, mathematical statistics method, video observation method and logic analysis method.Firstly, the paper explains the classification and concept of basketball offensive tactics.By analyzing the selected 12 live broadcasts and videos, the statistics of each game are counted.Combining with the physical fitness and tactical characteristics of each team, the following conclusions are drawn:In the performance of the fast-breaking competition of the top four teams, the Shandong Institute of Physical Education has a fast break rate of 19.7 and a success rate of 60% which top all teams. The launching form of the fast-breaking of the top four teams is mainly based on the rebounding of the backcourt. In addition,Xi'an Institute of Physical Education has launched more fast breaks by stealing the ball;Shanxi University and Shandong Institute of Physical Education have a clear advantage in the proportion of motorized response;the number of advances in the top four teams is small, but the success rate is high and the top four teams are more likely to adopt the middle road promotion route; At the end of the fast break, the top four teams are mainly above the basket, and the second choice is generally a mid-range shot.2.In terms of offensive performance of the top four teams, except for the low success rate of Ningbo University, the success rate of the other three teams is basically the same, ranging from 40% to 44.9%;the launching form of the offensive of the top four teams is mainly based on the rebounding of the backcourt. In addition,Ningbo University has the most attack opportunities through the steals. The Shandong Institute of Physical Education has the most attack opportunities through the block shot.About the attack and promotion mode in the connecting stage, the individual attack and cooperation are the main ones.Due to the different success rates of each team'sconfiguration, the cooperation is used more and the success rate is less than the sudden distribution and transmission. At the end of the offensive stage, the top four teams are mainly above the lay-up and The Xi'an Institute of Physical Education has the lowest percentage of three-pointers,with less abundant forms than the other three teams.3.In terms of the offensive performance of the top four teams, the top four teams' offensive positions are mainly 1-2-2 formations and 2-3 formations. The 1-2-2formations are rich in forms. The choice of route and various basics can bring a lot of scoring opportunities. The 2-3 offensive formation pattern is the best for the protection of the ball at both ends of the three-point line, and the internal and external connections are relatively safer.Secondly, due to the different physical conditions and different styles of different teams,it was found that Shandong Institute of Physical Education used more 1-3-1 formation, while Xi'an Institute of Physical Education used more 1-1-3formation.
