Institutional Innovation Research On The Development Of Social Organizations In Chongqing Free Trade Zone

With the acceleration of social development and globalization,China has formed the "1+3+7+1" free trade pilot zone(hereinafter referred to as the free trade zone)from the coastal to the central to the west and the opening of the Hainan Free Trade Port.Strategic pattern.Guided by the "Comprehensive Deepening of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone Reform and Opening Program",China's free trade zone reform has entered the comprehensive reform pilot zone from the narrow free trade pilot zone.The deepening reform of the free trade zone will inevitably involve the expansion of the field,which is reflected in the gradual deepening of the open pattern from the economic field to the social field.This brings huge space for the development of social organizations,but at the same time it also faces some contradictions and problems.In the past,scholars' research on the free trade zone focused on the relationship between the government and the market,but did not pay enough attention to the research of the government and society,especially the development of social organizations in the free trade zone,and the development of social organizations in China.Starting late,the current system of social organization development is not enough to support the historical mission of “institutional breakthroughs” and “first-come-first-test” in the context of the free trade zone.This paper has six parts: The first part is the introduction,which discusses the research background and research value.Based on the review of related research at home and abroad,it puts forward the research framework,research methods and research difficulties.The second part is the definition of core concepts.And the theoretical basis,mainly including the definition of concepts such as the free trade zone,social organization,free trade zone social organization,and the development system of the free trade zone social organization,and the analysis of the theoretical basis of the research,mainly including the new public management theory and market.Failure,government failure,voluntary failure and institutional innovation theory;the third part combines the previous theoretical basis and the actual situation of the development of social organizations in the free trade zone to define the responsibilities and institutional positioning of the social organizations in the free trade zone;the fourth part is based on domestic The review of the development process of social organizations in the Free Trade Zone refines the development experience and enlightenment of the first and second batch of free trade zone social organizations.The fifth part makes the development of the social organization of Chongqing Free Trade Zone and the lack of system.Analysis;the sixth part combines the actual situation of the development of social organizations in Chongqing Free Trade Zone and proposes that it is suitable for Chongqing.The general idea and specific recommendations for institutional innovation of a free trade zone development of social organization.The topic of this paper is novel,and the development of social organization is integrated into the background of the free trade zone,which has strong realistic pertinence.However,because these two research fields are all emerging research fields,there is not much literature available for reference,so the theoretical support of the article is slightly thin.
