The research on college students' affective diathesis plays an important role in guiding the development of college students' affective diathesis.The influence of environmental factors on the development of college students' affective diathesis is complex and hidden,which needs to be analyzed with the help of data mining method.Apriori algorithm can dig out the influence relationship of multi-dimensional influencing factors on affective diathesis,which is reflected in the form of association rules and suitable for the research on affective diathesis.However,in practical application,the classical Apriori algorithm will dig out a large number of association rules that have nothing to do with affective diathesis.At the same time,it takes up a large amount of memory space.As a result,the mining efficiency is low and it is difficult to conduct efficient research.On the basis of research and learning from existing achievements,an improved Apriori algorithm was proposed based on interest item and importance function for the study of college students' affective diathesis,which is called Apriori_II(Apriori_Interest and Important)algorithm.The algorithm is based on their interests to determine interest items,keep interest in our subsequent connection and pruning step,will not contain the influence factors of interest items since the rules,can not only improve the effectiveness of the rules of output,also reduced the incidence of invalid rules,at the same time reduces the memory space occupied and the number of I/O operations,reduce the time of mining,improve the mining efficiency.The Apriori_II algorithm also introduces the importance function,which assigns weights to different influencing factors according to the correlation coefficient between influencing factors and affective diathesis,thus improving the effectiveness and practicability of the output association rules.In order to make the mining rules more accurate and provide more practical guidance for the development of college students' affective diathesis,this paper preprocesses the data set of college students' affective diathesis,including data specification and data transformation.The correlation between influencing factors and college students' affective diathesis is calculated and analyzed.According to the correlation coefficient,the significantly correlated influencing factors and affective diathesis are selected for association rule mining.In this paper,three groups of experiments were designed and applied to the research on college students' affective diathesis by Apriori_II algorithm.The experimental results show that :(1)the Apriori_II algorithm can be well applied to the research topic of analyzing the influence of influencing factors on college students' affective diathesis.(2)the effectiveness of mining association rules is greatly improved,and the effectiveness of mining rules is increased from about 6% to 61%;(3)the number and time of mining association rules are significantly reduced.When the valve of significance I=0.3,the number of mining is reduced by 25%~39%,and the mining time is reduced by 20%~47%.When the valve of significance I=0.5,the number of mining decreased by 37%~52%,and the mining time decreased by 32%~59%.When the valve of significance I=0.5,the mining amount is 19%~33% less than that when significance I=0.3,and the mining time is 17%~35% less.(4)the association rules discovered show that the affective diathesis of men is more significantly affected by such factors as family education energy and money investment,family structure,family rearing style,etc.,which has more practical guiding significance for family education.practical guiding significance for family education.
