With the rapid development of economy,the demand for skilled talents in various industries is getting higher and higher.Facing the requirement of talent quality under the rapid economic development,if vocational schools want to adapt to the trend,one of the key measures is to strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.Especially with the rapid development of tourism,our country attaches great importance to it.Tourism has become an important pillar industry to promote the economic development of our country.People's demand for tourism services has been constantly increasing,and higher standards have been put forward for the practitioners of tourism industry.At the same time,the state has issued relevant policies to focus on the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in Vocational education.Therefore,the training of "double-qualified" teachers in tourism service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools should be placed in a very important position,so that the existing tourism service and management teachers can meet the needs of current personnel training and constantly promote their own development.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and case study,this paper studies the current situation and problems of the training of "double-qualified" teachers in tourism service and management major of secondary vocational schools in Shenyang.Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical basis and the ability requirements and training characteristics of "double-qualified" teachers of tourism service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools,this paper investigates the current situation of "double-qualified" teachers' training in tourism service and management specialty in Shenyang.From the aspects of teachers' basic situation,training cognition,participation in training,training evaluation and incentive,training feedback and so on,this paper analyses the problems existing in the current "double-qualified" training of this major,and draws the following conclusions: first,some training contents are not practical enough;second,practical skills training is relatively scarce;third,training evaluation needs to be improved.Fourthly,in-school training needs to be improved.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions through research and analysis: first,to establish a correct concept of "double-qualified" teacher training;second,to improve the "double-qualified" teacher training measures;third,to establish a "double-qualified" teacher training incentive system.
