Research On Knowledge Transformation Of Collaborative Innovation Centers In Universities With Industry Characteristics Based On SECI Model

In May 2012,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched the"Institutions of Higher Learning Innovation Ability Enhancement"(201 1 Plan for short),and the industry characteristics colleges and universities collaborative innovation center was established therewith.However,there are some problems such as the low convergence degree of innovation resources and low conversion rate of achievements in the process of its operation.For the above reason,this paper deeply analyses the transfer process of knowledge from individual to individual then to organization in four modes of knowledge conversion,and constructs the knowledge transformation model of industry characteristics colleges and universities collaborative innovation center with the SECI model of knowledge dimensions(SECI model for short).On this basis,this paper sets up and filters all levels of indicators in six aspects:the process of SECI knowledge transformation,software conditions,hardware conditions,organizational technology support,the original foundation of each organization and the effect of knowledge transformation to form the final evaluation index system together.In order to verify the practical application ability of this index system,this study applies it to the process of knowledge transformation of Tianjin A collaborative innovation center by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the score of the evaluation,some countermeasures to promote knowledge transformation of the center are putting forward:to pay attention to the excavation of tacit knowledge,to emphasize the combination of explicit knowledge,to supervise the learning of overall knowledge of the organization,and to lay emphasis on the improvement of shared consciousness and trust of collaborative innovation center members.After the construction of knowledge transformation model,evaluation index system and empirical analysis,this paper draws the conclusion that industry characteristics university,scientific research institutes and industrial enterprises are both independent and interrelated.Based on the analysis of this paper,the industry characteristics colleges and universities collaborative innovation center formed by these three main organizations can promote the progress of the whole industry better by improving the knowledge conversion efficiency and promoting the procedure of knowledge innovation and technological innovation among employees.
