| Microteaching is the foundation for the training of teachers’ teaching skills.The implementation effect of microteaching will directly affect teachers’ development.At present,some researchers have studied the skill classification and model construction of microteaching,which has improved the implementation effect of microteaching to a certain extent.However,in the investigation and research on the implementation effect of microteaching,it is found that Microteaching still has problems in learning concepts and technical support,such as backward teaching concepts,lack of teaching resources,and low participation and breadth of the entire training process.How to effectively improve the implementation effect of microteaching,promote the in-depth understanding and mastery of the teaching skills of teachers,and improve the professional quality of teachers in China has become an urgent problem to be solved.With the development of information technology and the updating of teaching theories,the process of knowledge construction advocated by knowledge construction theory has gradually become the consensus of network learning.An online learning platform based on knowledge construction can effectively promote learners’ deep knowledge of knowledge.Therefore,this study attempts to introduce knowledge construction theory into micro-teaching,and design and implement a network microteaching platform for collaborative knowledge construction to promote learners’ mastery of teaching skills and improve learners’ teaching ability.To this end,this paper has done the following three researches:(1)analysis of microteaching characteristics for collaborative knowledge construction;(2)designing and implementing a network microteaching platform for collaborative knowledge construction;(3)based on this platform Practical research on grid teaching.First,this thesis deeply studies the three major metaphor theories of collaborative knowledge construction theory,microteaching theory and knowledge learning.Combined with the current technical environment,through the theoretical deductive method,the microteaching features for collaborative knowledge construction are obtained.Secondly,based on this feature,the functional requirements of the network micro-teaching platform for collaborative knowledge construction are analyzed from the dimension of functional use.Combined with the technology development method,the functions are classified and divided and designed from the technical dimension.The functional framework of the platform;the platform is developed and tested using the Python programming language and the Django web application framework.Finally,this study has carried out two rounds of practical application in Qufu Normal University.Through content analysis and research methods,assessing learners’ knowledge construction level,usefulness and ease of use of platform functions. |
