China's newly promulgated "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" pointed out that Biology is a basic discipline in the natural sciences,and is a discipline that studies the phenomena of life and the laws of life activities.It clearly stated that the curriculum design must be based on core literacy.Scientific inquiry as one of the important core literacy must be implemented in the specific education and teaching links.Argumentation-oriented teaching is especially important as an important way of scientific inquiry.Argumentation-oriented teaching is developed from the logical argumentation process and is mainly applied in the field of science education.The research content includes the model and strategy of argumentative teaching and the influence on students'ability.The most frequently applied frequency in various science courses is the Toulmin argumentation model,which demonstrates the interrelationships between the elements,both to guide the argumentation process and to analyze the complexity of the argument.With the improvement of the requirements of inquiry teaching in the society,the ADI demonstration model,the PCRR model and the improved version of the ADI model have gradually entered the field of vision.The PCRR demonstration model consists of four stages:the presentation,criticism,reflection and refinement of the cycle,which is compatible with the concept teaching.The new ADI model is compatible with the experimental teaching from the clear task and problem to the final submission of the inquiry report.The research applied to the practice of science education is still relatively rare,especially the practical research combined with the content of different courses of biology is not yet visible.Through systematic review and analysis of relevant literatures at home and abroad,the literature research method,experimental research method,questionnaire survey method and other methods are used to study from both theoretical and practical aspects.In theory,the new ADI model and PCRR model are analyzed first,including the fusion point of the two with high school Biology,the appropriate content of the textbook,and the application points in the classroom.Secondly,based on the preliminary basis,the compulsory part of high school Biology The content is classified and screened to lay the foundation for later practical research.Thirdly,according to the different contents selected,analyze the characteristics of life science history and the problems faced by the use of argumentation teaching,etc.And design the part applicable to the history of life science.Demonstration teaching model.Finally,according to different argumentation models,different biological content is taught and designed,and communicated with the frontline teachers,constantly revised and improved.In terms of practical research,all the students in the first grade of a high school in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province were selected as the research object.The two classes had no major differences in test scores and gender ratios,and they were set as control classes and experimental classes.The experimental class started the argumentation-oriented teaching in the selected concept teaching,experimental teaching,and life science history teaching content.And the normal class was used to conduct normal teaching mode.In addition,the unrelated factors such as after-school homework,pre-class preparation,and teacher's attention are all consistent.Before and after the practice,students' paper-and-pencil test scores,Biological interest in learning,and scientific argumentation ability were measured before and after,and the impact of statistical data analysis and demonstration teaching on students.The main results of this thesis are as follows:Based on the literature research,the difficulties faced by the current argumentation-oriented teaching in the practice of Biology teaching are clarified.The contents of three different types of demonstration models suitable for high school Biology compulsory courses are selected:concept teaching,experimental teaching,life The history of science.The new version of the ADI model is applied to the teaching of Biological experiment,the PCRR model is applied to the problems encountered in the teaching of Biology concept,and some strategies are put forward.The combination of repeated presentation and repeated guiding questions is constructed.Appropriate teaching mode applied to the history of life sciences;through various evaluation methods,it has been proved that argumentative teaching can improve students'interest in biology and can significantly enhance students' ability to demonstrate.
