Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Service For Youth Sports In Chang'an District, Xi'an City

Adolescents are the hope of China's future development.Nowadays,the status quo of China's youth physique is still not optimistic.The youth sports public service as an important work that can promote the health of young people has entered the eyes of the people and attracted the attention of the government.In recent years,due to the different levels of economic development in the eastern and western regions of China,the development of youth sports has become more and more uneven.Xi'an City has played a leading role as the strongest provincial capital in the west,and Chang'an District is a typical representative of the status quo and countermeasures of juvenile sports public service as a district of Xi'an urban and rural areas with many colleges and universities.In addition,through the literature,it is found that there are few researches on the public service of youth sports in China.There are few studies on the status quo and countermeasures of public sports services for young people in the region,and the research on the public service of most youth sports is lagging and lacks practical.In order to better understand the current situation of youth sports public service development in Chang'an District,meet the needs of youth sports,establish a public service system for youth sports in Chang'an District,and then improve the health of young people's physical fitness.This study takes the status quo of youth sports public service in Chang'an District of Xi'an as the research object,and takes a sample of 700 middle school students in Chang'an District as a survey object,through reading literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,logical induction,etc.Methods According to the aspects of sports funds,venue facilities,organization management,activity content,information consultation and fitness guidance,the situation of youth sports supply and demand in Chang'an District was analyzed.It was concluded that the public service of youth sports in Chang'an District was in short supply and the sustainability was weak.,mainly reflects in:1.The government,enterprises,schools,and parents have insufficient understanding of the concept of youth sports public service.2.The sources of funds for youth sports public service in Chang'an District are clear,but the overall capital investment is insufficient.3.The supply of sports facilities in Chang'an District is insufficient to meet the needs of youth sports facilities.4.There is no clear management system for youth sports organizations in Chang'an District.The high fees for youth sports organizations affect the participation of young people.5.The content of youth sports activities in Chang'an District is well supplied but not balanced.The social and school pressures on young people's academic activities have affected their participation activities.6.Young people in Chang'an District have strong demand for sports information,but the supply of relevant sports information is not smooth.7.There is a lack of youth sports guidance services in Chang'an District.Social sports instructors cannot meet the needs of youth physical fitness guidance,and the physical education teachers' ability to be improved needs to be improved.Based on the existing problems and the demand for youth sports in Chang'an District,the following countermeasures are proposed:1.Implement the concept of youth sports public service with the government,enterprises,schools and parents as the main body.2.Defining government responsibilities,determining the direction of youth sports public services,promoting the transformation of government functions,and implementing the strategy of government-enterprise cooperation.3.Break the urban and rural barriers in Chang'an District and achieve the equalization of youth sports public services.4.Improve the purchasing power of the government,make full use of the "home door”resources to broaden the supply channels of Chang'an District,and promote the maximization of the supply of youth sports public services.5.Pay attention to the business ability of physical education teachers,effectively utilize the advantages of physical education teachers,and improve the management,fitness guidance and information consultation services for youth sports organizations in Chang'an District.6.Leverage the "Fourteenth Movement" and "Winter Olympics" to develop the youth sports public service in Chang'an District.7.Build a government,community,and school collaboration model in Chang'an District to ensure the effectiveness of youth sports public services.8.Establish a rational use model of resources in colleges and universities in Chang'an District,and improve the public service supply system for youth sports.
