Research On The Satisfaction Of Full-time Postgraduate Education Services With A Master's Degree In Physical Education In Jiangsu Province

In recent years,in order to meet the demand for high-level practical talents for socio-economic development,colleges and universities have begun to recruit full-time master's degree graduate students,but due to the short time for setting up professional degrees and the lack of reference experience,there are still many deficiencies in the training of their talents.The quality of education services remains to be improved.Since physical education is of a disciplinary nature and requires a higher degree of technical competence from a professional graduate student,the study investigates the degree of satisfaction of educational services from the perspective of graduate students with a masters degree in physical education.In order to provide some reference basis for the promotion of teaching,service and management of graduate students,we should thoroughly understand the quality of education service and the existing problems and reasons.In this study,439 full-time master's degree students(243 males and 196 females)from seven colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province were investigated,using methods such as literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and interview methods.To explore and analyze the satisfaction of postgraduate education service for full-time master's degree in sports in Jiangsu province,the results are as follows:In order to better develop professional degrees and postgraduate education and train high-level,complex and applied talents for China,in 2005 the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council adopted the "Program for Setting Up Masters Degree in Physical Education" and decided to set up a masters degree in physical education.Pay attention to the talents training model that combines academic and professional closely,highlight professional,and emphasize the training of high-level applied and practical sports professionals.1)The difference between the actual perceived average and the expected average of the education services provided by universities and colleges by full-time master's degree graduate students in Jiangsu Province is negative.Each dimension is from high to low in order of management service,curriculum teachings tutor guidance,scientific research practice,and school environment.2)There are significant differences in the satisfaction of postgraduate education services in full-time master's degree in sports in Jiangsu Province.Among them,graduate students of master's degree in sports in Nanjing Normal University are relatively satisfied with mentor guidance,management services,and scientific research practices.Master of Physical Education degree of Suzhou University is the most satisfied with course teaching.The graduate student of the master's degree in sports of Yangzhou University is the most satisfied with the school environment.The degree of satisfaction of graduate students with master degree in physical education in China University of Mining and Technology is low.The degree of satisfaction in scientific research practice and management services of the Nanjing Institute of Physical Education is low.3)There are differences in the satisfaction of management services and scientific research practices among full-time master's degree graduate students in Jiangsu Province in different grades.The overall difference in satisfaction shows that the higher the grade,the lower the satisfaction,and the main manifestation is that the research is higher than the research.4)There is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction of postgraduate education service in Jiangsu Province in terms of gender and professional type.5)Jiangsu full-time masters degree graduate students have some dissatisfaction with some aspects of college education services.More than 80%of graduate students will complain to their families or friends,and a small number of students will express their dissatisfaction with school education services to the education management department.;The degree of identity and belonging to the school is not high,which shows that the quality of postgraduate education in colleges and universities still needs to be improved.The following conclusions were reached:1)The graduate students of full-time master's degree in sports in Jiangsu Province are dissatisfied with the overall performance of the educational services provided by colleges and universities,and are particularly dissatisfied with the teaching and management services of courses.Due to the lack of effective communication channels,this dissatisfaction often manifests itself in complaining to family or friends,which may also have a certain impact on school enrollment and training.2)Due to the uneven distribution of teaching,scientific research,and resources,there are significant differences in the satisfaction of various dimensions of graduate students with master's degree in sports in the type of school they attend.Nanjing Normal University and Suzhou University,as well as Nanjing University of Technology and China University of Mining and Technology as 211 engineering universities,the quality of teaching and research will also be relatively high,which will affect the actual perception of graduate education of graduate students with master's degree in sports to a certain extent.;Secondly,the special characteristics of the school are different,and its teaching mode,management methods and employment prospects will also be different.3)With the Advancement of grades,graduate students 'demand for education is getting higher and higher.In particular,under the dual pressure of thesis writing and job search,graduate students hope to obtain more knowledge and skills through graduate studies so that they can successfully graduate and find satisfactory jobs.When the educational services of colleges and universities can not meet their needs,students will inevitably have complaints and dissatisfaction.The long-term accumulation of this negative emotion will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of lower satisfaction of students in the higher grades.4)Mentor guidance and school environment belong to the dimension of competitive advantage of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should continue to maintain and develop this advantage,making it the core competitiveness of the master's degree education of sports majors;The dimension of course teaching should be emphasized and improved in colleges and universities,and problems should be found out and improved in time.In terms of management services and scientific research practices,colleges and universities need to change accordingly according to changes in student cognition.Although they do not need to be rushed to solve,they can not take it lightly.And put forward from various educational training links,improve the supply of education services;Take social and professional development as the guide,change education and cultivate ideas,improve the quality of education services;Countermeasures and suggestions for improving educational quality evaluation system and corresponding management monitoring mechanism.
