Technical Analysis And Development Trend Of Men's Singles In The 2017 Badminton World Championships

The World Championships badminton men's singles semi-finals indirectly reflect the technical characteristics of today's badminton,and are an important breakthrough in researching and analyzing the characteristics of today's badminton men's singles.This paper analyzes the video footage of the 2017 World Championships excellent badminton players Lin Dan,Sun Wanhu,Chen long and Viktor Axelsen by using video observation method,literature data method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.The basic rules of technology use,scoring area,and scoring methods.The technical characteristics of the four athletes were analyzed from the aspects of receiving the ball,the front field,the midfield,the back field and the whole game.The development trend of the current badminton was summarized,and the young badminton players were further provided with scientific and comprehensive theoretical guidance.The overall technical level of the athlete.The conclusions as below:(1)Most of the men's singles in the badminton world championships in 2017 are served in the first or fifth area.They mainly use the backhand to send the net forward ball.When the backcourt launches the attack,they attack the opponent's judgment and hit the ball in a surprise manner.Create scoring opportunities.The most used technique for high-level men's singles athletes to pick up the ball is to pick the backcourt highball,followed by the pick-and-place.The two technologies are used at very similar frequencies.(2)In the choice and use of technology in front of the network,picking the high frequency of the backcourt is the most frequent,followed by the release,Push the ball,hook the diagonal,put the net,and pounce.(3)In the choice and use of midfield technology,the main ball is mainly used to block the net before the net,and the frequency of the flat pump is relatively high.(4)The selection and application of backcourt technology is still based on offensive pressure.The athletes still use the ball more,followed by the lob and the high ball.The usage rate of the ball is relatively low.The use of techniques such as backcourt killing,hanging ball and croquet is the main scoring method and means of athletes.The midfield area is the main loss zone of athletes.(5)In the whole game score and technology selection and application,mainly rely on back-field technical means to score,followed by the front and mid-field technology to control the game direction.
