In recent years,preschool education has been attached great importance.However,rural preschool education is still the short board of the whole preschool education.Where is the way out for village preschool education? How to popularize rural preschool education in a quality way? By improving the effective supply of rural preschool education,we can solve all kinds of problems existing in the development process of rural preschool education and achieve the balanced development of preschool education in urban and rural.Based on public goods theory,education equity theory and supply-demand equilibrium theory,this study takes effective supply as the entry point and uses literature analysis method,questionnaire method,case analysis method and DEA analysis method to analyze the current situation,problems and reason of preschool education supply in rural areas of Guizhou Province on the basis of field investigation in four townships of Qingzhen City,Longli County and Nayong County,Guizhou Province.The supply status of preschool education in Guizhou rural areas is characterized by diversified supply subjects,relatively centralized distribution and significant differences in supply scale,etc.Through examining the effective supply of rural preschool education in Guizhou,the conclusion is that there is inefficient or even ineffective supply of rural preschool education in Guizhou,which is mainly manifested in the insufficient supply of rural preschool education in Guizhou,the low quality of supply,the unfair supply and the inefficient supply.The main reasons for the lack of effective supply of preschool education in Guizhou rural areas are the deviation of concept,the limitation of economic factors and the deficiency of system guarantee.Based on the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the correct understanding of rural preschool education supply,improve the financial guarantee mechanism of rural preschool education supply and strengthen the institutional guarantee of rural preschool education supply,so as to solve the problem of insufficient effective supply of rural preschool education in Guizhou.
