Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Baseball In The Member Units Of The Chinese University Baseball And Softball Branch

Baseball is one of the most comprehensive and characteristic sports.Combining the advantages of many sports is very helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of students.It also has educational and social functions.It has long-term educational significance for the growth and shaping of young students and the formation of good will quality.Since its establishment,China University Baseball and Softball Association has attracted many member units to join,which makes the related activities of baseball more organized and orderly.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of baseball development in Colleges and universities by using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.After repeated confirmation by experts and selection by member units,this paper uses grey relational calculation method to find out the relatively important influencing factors of baseball development,and according to the influencing factors.In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of member units and promote the popularization of baseball in different regions,it is of great significance to improve the management quality and sports level of baseball.The results show that:(1)The proportion of baseball and softball colleges and universities in China is low and widely distributed;(2)The number of member units increased slowly and remained basically stable;(3)Baseball development differs greatly in different regions,with distinct contrast,and the construction of baseball venues is extremely scarce.;(4)The coaches of each member unit are mainly male,which is in the golden age of education.They have higher educational level,working years and professional skills,and have certain training experience;(5)Sophomore,junior students are the main force of the sports team.The motivation of the athletes is obvious,but their subjective consciousness is weak;(6)The development of member baseball is restricted by many factors and influenced by many dimensions;(7)The status of the factors affecting the development of baseball in member organizations is different.;(8)Coaches and players have different understanding of the influencing factors of baseball development;(9)The relative important factors of baseball development break the convention,go deeper into the root and reach a certain height;(10)The sustainable development of baseball in member units needs to formulate corresponding countermeasures,cooperate and work together in many ways.
