Self-management plays an important role in the growth of students.It is an important trend for the development of modern education that students learn to manage themselves.However,in more than ten years of education and teaching,the author found that the middle-level students in junior middle school have many problems in self-management.There are many researches on the middle-level students and self-management at home and abroad,but there are few researches on the self-management in learning and life of the middle-level students in junior middle school.Based on this,this paper takes Zhenjiang Y Middle School as an example to investigate the current situation of self-management of the middle-level students in junior middle school,and uses spss22.0 software to analyze the data of independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,mean value,standard deviation,etc.to preliminarily understand the problems of self-management of the middle-level students in junior middle school,which are mainly manifested in low level of self-awareness,fuzzy or unreasonable self-design,weak self-regulation ability,unsatisfactory self-motivation effect,one-sided or extreme self-evaluation.The main causes of these problems are:self-limitation and experience and environmental factors,lack of inert thinking and methods,negative attribution and weak willpower,improper self-motivation methods,physiological and psychological characteristics and the influence of school education.According to many years of teaching experience,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to improve the self-management ability of the middle-level students in junior middle school:strengthen the construction of class environment,break the limitation and improve the understanding;overcome the inertia and establish the consciousness,clear the principle of goal setting;actively attribute to cultivate the quality and improve the ability of self-regulation;use effective incentive methods to improve the effect of self-motivation;increase self-evaluation awareness and provide platform to strengthen guidance.
