As the fourth education revolution of human society,smart education has brought innovation and change,and also brought new opportunities to solve the increasingly serious rural education problems,which is the development direction of future education.In recent years,compared with the national pilot list of smart cities in previous years,it can be found that China is transferring the focus of smart cities to rural areas,and rural areas are becoming a new driving force for the construction of smart cities in China.Compared with the practice and development in the city,the research on smart education for rural education should not completely copy the existing experience of the city,but it should be combined with the actual development of a new path of smart education with rural characteristics.Therefore,the research first investigates and analyzes rural education issues,and finds that compared with the city,the rural education problems are highlighted in three aspects: the phenomenon of "isolated island" in rural schools,the shortage of rural high-quality education resources and the deviation of rural education from local culture.The three issues put forward the requirements for the new model of smart rural education in the future.In order to solve the problem of rural education with three characteristics,the concept of placed-based education based on "location" was introduced into the original concept of smart rural education,and a smart rural education model characterized by place-based education was designed.Based on the perspective of rural education crisis,supported by the concept of localized education and combined with the application of information technology,this study outlines the future of rural smart education mode from five aspects: learning mechanism,teaching mechanism,organization mechanism,assessment mechanism and supervision mechanism.Through the reshaping of rural intelligent education mode,a new possibility is put forward to solve the problem of rural education.
