| The Chinese men's professional Basketball league is a multi-year home-and-away Basketball league sponsored by the Chinese Basketball Association.It is the highest level Basketball league in China.1995 CBA league(division A league)founded only 12 teams who,after 23 years of growing,CBA has reached the highest 20 teams to participate in,its since October or November each year until the end of the next year around April,the time span and the NBA,though during the twists and turns,but the league is improving in the twists and turns,honed growing development.As a traditional strong team,Shanghai men' s basketball team is still not ideal in the CBA,ranking only the 10th in the 2017-2018 season,which obviously cannot match with the international metropolis of Shanghai.The performance of Shanghai men's basketball team in the league has become a topic of discussion.Based on the comparison of physical condition and offensive and defensive ability between the Shanghai men's basketball team and the top four teams in the regular season in the 2017-2018 season,this paper makes a comparative study on the offensive and defensive ability of the Shanghai team and the top four teams before the regular season in the 2017-2018 season by comprehensive evaluation.To explore the difference of attacking and defending ability between Shanghai team and CBA team,and to provide reference for the future training and competition of Shanghai team,so as to improve the competitive level of Shanghai team.The results are as follows:1.The basic physical condition of the teamIn the 2017-2018 season,the Shanghai team ranked the second in average age and the fourth in weight,height and kttole index compared with the top four in the regular season.In the comparison of height of different positions,it is found that the guard and forward rank the fifth position,and the center position is only higher than the guangsha team.The overall data of ketolai index is low,especially the position of center and forward is weak,which leads to the obvious lack of confrontation ability,defensive efficiency is not high,and the players' playing style is not strong enough.2.offenseIn the 2017-2018 CBA season,the RSR value of Shanghai team was 0.431,ranking the last among the five teams and ranking at the level of class C.The correlation coefficient between the RSR value and the ranking was R=0.758(P<0.01),indicating that the R value of the research object can objectively reflect the offensive ability of each team.(1):scoring through the Shanghai team's score is mainly concentrated in the foreign aid center from lars and defender Frey wear,two people can cut down 64.3 points,two foreign aid averaged about two-thirds of the team scoring,the domestic players scoring efficiency is not high,and through the Shanghai team's score means a single,offensive efficiency is not high,foreign aid is mainly rely on their own singles to create opportunity to score,domestic players mainly rely on foreign aid to get shot at.(2)offensive rebound:Shanghai team's offensive rebound rate was 23.8%,ranking 19th among all the teams in the regular season.The low efficiency of Shanghai team's offensive rebound was mainly due to the small number of second rebounds gained by the forwards and guards,which could not guarantee the second attack opportunity and affected the team's offensive efficiency.(3)assists aspect:the team overall performance is good,but the most assists in between players and foreign aid,and foreign aid through their own personal ability to create scoring opportunities for domestic players,relatively few assists between domestic players,led to the rival Shanghai team foreign aid once lived,Shanghai team on the number of assists to drop,affect the whole team to attack the continuity and the effect of rotation.(4)in terms of turnovers,Shanghai team's turnovers rate was controlled at 12.4%,ranking among the top of all teams.However,Shanghai team's clutch handling,weakened strength of foreign aid in the fourth quarter and limited ability of domestic players to handle clutch shots increased the team's turnovers.3 defenseShanghai's defensive RSR was 0.380,ranked fifth at the c-level.The correlation coefficient between the defensive index RSR and the ranking was R=0.627(P<0.05),indicating that the defensive index R among the research objects could objectively reflect the defensive ability of the team.(1)points lost:more points lost in three-point shot and fast break,and could not be effectively blocked,assisted and defended in the case of screen and passing.(2)defensive rebound:the overall defensive rebound performance is relatively good,especially the center position,with the guard rush to grab the performance is good,but there is still a certain gap between the strong team,physical quality and rebound awareness to be improved.(3)tackling:the tackling ability is not outstanding,ranking only the 13th of all the teams,which indicates that the individual defensive ability of Shanghai team is relatively weak.(4)block shot:the whole team is highly active in defense and blocks many times.It can be seen from the data analysis that the competition style of Shanghai team is more and more inclined to the overall coordinated development.The team's defensive ability is constantly enhanced. |
