The increasing self-awareness of pupils after fifth grade tends to bring about classroom problematic behaviors.At present,those problematic behaviors in Chinese class are relatively serious,which not only have an adverse effect on companions learning together,but also on teachers' normal teaching activities directly.It is of vital importance in classroom management to investigate these behaviors and guide students to control such misbehaviors.Under the guidance of the theory of humanism and behavior correction,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process,through the analysis of teachers,students,environment and other dimensions,establishes the weight analysis table.Through the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of fifth grade classroom problem behaviors,including universality,lack of effectiveness of teacher management and complexity of environmental impact.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons from the aspects of students' lack of good learning methods,teachers' lack of management experience and the impact of family,school and social environment The optimization strategy to improve the classroom problem behavior of the fifth grade of primary school.Through the above strategies,the ability of primary school classroom management has been improved,and the shortcomings are summarized.The level of classroom management is improved with the help of this study.On the one hand,both classroom discipline and learning motivation of students are enhanced,thus stimulating their interest in learning to the greatest extent and strengthening the quality and level of classroom teaching greatly.On the other hand,by supporting the change of roles among teachers,it creates a more harmonious classroom atmosphere,and provides reference for the same type of research.
