Teachers’ professional development become the common focus problem of the educational circles at home and abroad,a new era of teaching reform of teachers’ professional development put forward new expectations,solidly carry out the research activities in China,the localization research and practice for many years,formed many a mature mode of teaching and research,the topic research as an effective way to promote teachers’ professional development.At present,how is the theme of teaching and research determined in the basic schools? How can the generated teaching and research themes focus more clearly on the characteristics and needs of teachers’ professional development at different stages? The author intends to focus on these issues,based on the practical basis,to carry out relevant research.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,investigation research,observation and case study.From the Angle of teachers’ professional development,focusing on the early and mature teachers exist significant differences in the professional development needs,through literature review,questionnaire,interview,data collection,field observation,the objective narration research team at the grassroots level to determine the research subject in the process of the real situation,successful experience,analysis of the deficiencies,summarized the improvement measures.Based on the existing research theories and through the practice process of continuous optimization,several generation strategies of teaching and research topics,such as derivation,selection and integration,are extracted.Combined with case analysis,the basic meaning,basis,key points and matters needing attention of each strategy are further refined.The derivation strategy is divided into surface derivation and line derivation,and the key operation points are decomposition,extension or replacement keywords.The selection strategy consists of extensive solicitation of questions,centralized sorting and evaluation,and selection and determination of themes.The key operation point is to eliminate the false and retain the true,and to select as needed;The integration strategy is mainly composed of random topic viewpoints or research results integrated into teaching and research topics.The key operation point is to classify the intersection and determine the integration point.In addition,based on practice,this paper puts forward the evaluation criteria of teaching and research topics.This paper also puts forward several Suggestions on how to do a good job in the generation of teaching research topics from the perspective of teacher professional development,such as people-oriented teaching research topics,scientific demonstration of teaching research topics,in-depth focus of teaching research topics and so on.
