Take-off technology is the most important part of long jump.The quality of take-off technology has a direct impact on the competitive performance of athletes.Understanding the kinematic characteristics of the take-off technology of athletes is of vital significance for the analysis of long jump technology.In this paper,by using the methods of documentary,on-the-spot shooting,video analysis and mathematical statistics,two cameras are used to shoot on-the-spot women's long jump competition of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Youth Indoor Track and field Invitational Competition,and the software know3 d is used to analyze.The best take-off technology of the top six women's athletes in the long jump competition of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Youth Indoor Track and field Invitational Competition is studied The object of this study is to analyze the three-dimensional kinematic characteristics of the take-off technology of the top six female athletes in the long jump competition of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Youth Indoor Track and field Invitational Competition from the take-off landing moment,take-off maximum buffer moment,take-off off off from the ground moment,buffer stage and pedaling and stretching stage.The results show that: 1.In the moment of taking off and landing,the first three athletes are more reasonable than the latter three,and the latter three athletes are more obvious in the action of bending their legs and landing on the ground.Hao Mohan and Yin Xinyi have a reasonable overall angle.Other athletes take off legs are passive pedals,and the technical coherence at the moment of landing is not strong.In addition,the greater the angle of the knee joint of the swinging leg and the angle of the trunk back tilt in a certain range,the better the competitive performance;the greater the horizontal speed of the hip joint,the shoulder joint and the body center of gravity of the take-off leg,the better the competitive performance;the greater the vertical speed of the shoulder joint of the swinging leg,the better the competitive performance;the greater the combined speed of the body center of gravity,the better the competitive performance.2.In the moment of maximum buffer,Hao Muhan's angle index of take-off leg is the best among the six athletes,and other athletes are far from the ideal value.Yin Xinyi's speed parameters are more reasonable,and the loss rate of horizontal speed is smaller,thus creating good conditions for reasonable conversion to vertical speed.In addition,the greater the vertical speed of the leg ankle joint,elbow joint and the center of gravity of the body,the better the performance.3.In the moment of taking off from the ground,except Hao Mohan,some young female long jumpers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province were not active in pedaling and stretching of their swinging legs,and the vertical speed of the leg related links of the last three athletes was significantly lower than that of the first three athletes,which led to the unreasonable takeoff angle,which was one of the reasons for the gap with the first three athletes.In addition,in this moment,the greater the angle of the athlete's rise in a certain range,the better the performance;the greater the horizontal speed of the hip joint on the side of the swinging leg and the hip joint closing speed on the side of the swinging leg,the better the competitive performance;the greater the vertical speed of the knee joint on the take-off leg,the better the competitive performance;the greater the shoulder joint closing speed of the take-off leg,the better the competitive performance.4.In the buffering stage of taking off and landing,the horizontal speed loss of the hip joint of the first two female long jumpers is smaller,and the overall speed is more reasonable.The other four take longer time in buffering stage,which may be due to the lower limb strength of the athletes.In addition,in this stage,the greater the change of the angle of the knee joint of the swing leg and the horizontal speed of the hip joint of the take-off leg in a certain range,the better the competitive performance;the greater the change of the knee joint speed of the swing leg in a certain range,the better the competitive performance;the smaller the change of the hip joint speed of the take-off leg,the better the competitive performance;the smaller the change of the elbow joint speed of the swing leg,the better the competitive performance The better the performance.5.Some young female long jumpers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province showed the take-off technique of fast take-off,but Cai Yuxuan and Gao Xinqi were not standard in this stage compared with the other four,so we should pay attention to improving the technique in the future training.Through the research of this paper,I hope to reveal the technical characteristics of the take-off of some young female long jumpers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and provide some references for improving the technology of some young female long jumpers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
