Cheerleading sports originated from the cheering ceremony of ancient tribal society.Today,the sport has evolved into one of the unique dance sports with strong impact and shock,which is a combination of performance,skill and competition.With the development and deepening of the concept of quality education in various fields,the development of personality and ability,physical and mental health of primary and middle school students have become the core and focus of education.On the notice to carry out sports aesthetic infiltration action plan is the importance of the general office of the Ministry of Education for sports aesthetics education,file points out that support our country small and medium-sized schools combination characteristic,build sports aesthetic form "a top school curriculum with a new situation of" more than a school ",that aesthetic education specialized course include sport,but also dance,drama,painting,etc.This article mainly USES the experimental method,carries on the Cheerleading exercise teaching experiment intervention to the students of the three primary schools that carry out the outstanding extracurricular activities in Beijing,Tianjin,HeBei province(Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang).In this paper,using literature,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods to provide the experimental theory,based on "the pupil mental health evaluation form" and "national students physical health test standard",the three areas of children six physical quality index and average MHRSP elementary student mental health scale of eight dimensions to investigate and experimental intervention,and analyze the movement of right promotion effect and the cause of the children's physical and mental health.The research results and conclusions are as follows:The experimental results are as follows:(1)the physical quality of the four indicators of primary school students have a strong promoting effect,which is manifested in: cardiopulmonary function,core strength,flexibility,endurance quality before and after the experiment has a significant difference.(2)the 7 indicators of mental health of primary school students have a strong promoting effect,which is manifested in: emotional disorders,character defects,moral defects 3 indicators have significant differences;There were significant differences in the four indexes of social adaptation disorder,bad habits,behavior disorder and special disorder.There was no significant difference in the indicators of learning disabilities.The research shows that: Cheerleading exercise is helpful to improve the physical quality of children and enhance their physical health.At the same time,it shows that Cheerleading exercise is helpful for pupils to regulate their personal behaviors,improve their bad habits,regulate their emotions,improve their social adaptability and hone their volitional quality.2.The experimental results of the students in the control group after 8 weeks of extracurricular sports activities are as follows:(1)only 2 indicators of the physical quality of the students have a strong promoting effect,which is manifested in:flexibility and endurance quality before and after the experiment have significant differences;There was no significant difference in cardiopulmonary function and core strength before and after the experiment.(2)the mental health regulation of primary school students is not significant.Specifically,the mental health score and the average score of each item are relatively stable,and there is no significant difference after the paired sample test.Research has shown that ex-curricular sports activities due to class and grade for the group,the number is more conducive to classroom exercise density and load,the teaching content is given priority to with sports games,single teaching contents,the learning process is dull,lack of some fun means and forms,to stimulate students' interest in sports and physical quality guarantee is relatively slow.At the same time,it shows that the teaching organizations of physical education teachers pay insufficient attention to the ideological and political education and mental health in primary school.3.In the control group,there was no correlation between the mean values of 6physical qualities and 8 dimensions of mental health.In the experimental group,there was only a low positive correlation between the physical quality and mental health of the pupils.The research shows that the effect of daily extracurricular club activities on improving the mental health level of primary school students is not obvious,and it is helpful to improve the mental health level of primary school students to do aerobic endurance exercise through Cheerleading exercise.
