Research On The Fund-raising Methods Of Youth Sports Clubs In Social Service Organizations

Teenagers are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.Young people's physical health is a firm foundation for the realization of the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,an important symbol of the progress of social development,the improvement of national strength,and the harmony and happiness of families,and a fundamental guarantee for the construction of a sports power.The level of economic development affects the normal operation of youth sports clubs.Throughout the world's sports powers,to varying degrees to improve the self-development ability of youth sports clubs as an important starting point.In contrast,the current situation of the development of youth sports clubs in social service institutions is worrying.With the continuous change of China's economic development level,the economic problems of youth sports clubs are becoming more and more obvious.It is difficult to maintain their normal operation and operation.Youth sports clubs are facing a huge problem of transformation.How to improve the supply performance of youth sports clubs through the transformation of financing mode,so as to promote the formation of their own good operation It is of great significance.Based on the above analysis,it is urgent to study the financing methods of youth sports clubs in social service institutions.In order to better develop youth sports clubs,this paper uses the methods of literature,data analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate the financing methods of youth sports clubs,and analyzes the existing problems of the clubs.The proportion of profitable youth sports clubs is low,the income generating ability of youth sports clubs is not strong,and the financing channels of the clubs are single First,clubs have low external communication frequency and small publicity efforts.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions to improve the self financing ability of youth sports clubs: improve the initiative of operation and enrich the financing ability;control the operating cost and absorb voluntary service;introduce professional management talents;expand the development orientation of club members;strengthen the external contact ability of clubs and attract social funds.
