The guidance of the Ministry of Education on strengthening the application of the "Three Classes" in 2020 puts forward: implementing the fundamental task of building up people by virtue,developing quality education,promoting the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching practice,promoting classroom revolution,innovating education and teaching mode,promoting the transformation of education mode and supporting the construction of a new ecology of "Internet education ".The new curriculum reform proposes to improve students' learning style,advocate autonomous learning,explore learning and cooperative learning.In this study,we selected shoulder and elbow handstand and horizontal bar technique in gymnastics teaching by means of literature,interview,questionnaire and experiment.Four technical movements,such as shoulder stand and jumping,were made,which were based on constructivist learning theory.The implementation of the micro-class takes the "rain classroom" as the hub to realize the pre-class preparation and after-class review,and the evaluation of the students' scores in the experimental class adopts the methods of teacher evaluation,student self-evaluation and group mutual evaluation.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of students' learning feedback and final gymnastics achievement after the experiment:1.Based on the theory of constructivism learning,the 1.designs a micro-class of gymnastics,which includes technical action explanation,difficulty and learning process.2.The basis of the traditional teaching steps,the gymnastics micro-class based on constructivism learning theory,using modern educational technology means,increases the wonderful video link,imitates the practice link,experiences the complete action link,standardizes the action detail link,compiles the smooth link and the after-class exercise and so on link,expands the curriculum content,exercises the student's thought.3.Gymnastics micro-class based on constructivism learning theory,through the implementation of "rain classroom ",it prolongs students' self-learning time and space,and improves students' interest and learning effect.4.The implementation of the gymnastics micro-class based on constructivism learning theory,the students' gymnastics course achievement has not been significantly improved but has made progress;the students' satisfaction with the course is high;the students' interest in gymnastics,their enthusiasm for learning,their ability to consult data,their ability to learn independently,their ability of teamwork and communication have all been effectively improved.
