Research On The Training Of Reserve Talents For Chinese Snowboarding U-shaped Venue Skills

With the 2022 winter Olympic Games approaching,The ice and snow sports show a blossoming trend.Especially in the field of competitive sports,the relevant departments attach great importance to their sports achievements.As we all know,the performance of sports is directly related to the actual situation of the athlete team.Although Chinese snowboard halfpipe has been in development for a short time,It has also achieved good results due to its project characteristics.In order to ensure that the 2022 Winter Olympics can achieve good results at home,it is necessary to conduct an overall survey of the current situation of athletes and coaches,and to implement the reform measures.Therefore,this article focuses on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the actual situation of reserve talents for Chinese snowboard halfpipe.In this paper,firstly,the related research of domestic and foreign related snowboard halfpipe projects was reviewed and data collected through the literature method.Then conducted detailed investigation and data collection on the relevant situation of reserve talents through expert interview method and questionnaire survey method.At last,the collected data were explained and analyzed by mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The research results show that: The overall situation of reserve talents for Chinese snowboard halfpipe is good.Talent selection mainly through competitive sports schools.Chinese snowboard halfpipe athletes do not have enough training experience,the largest number of people trained for 3-4 years;more men than women in athletes;the age structure is basically reasonable,mainly in the youth group;more than half of the athletes did not obtain the title of athlete's technical level,reflecting that the level of competition of most athletes is not high;In terms of athletes' motivation to participate in training,the overall motivation for participating in training is good,mainly based on hobbies;In terms of family support,we can find that most families are more open-minded and supportive;regarding the situation of the reserve talents site facilities,there are certain hardware differences among the various training units in china;In terms of training frequency,the overall state is good,and reserve talents can be trained at least three times a week;In terms of reserve talent management,the main management aspects mainly focus on training management,and the management of athletes' daily life is weaker than training management;the source of coaches is mainly from the project's outstanding retired athletes or other ice and snow project coaches;In terms of the age and gender of the coach,the Chinese snowboard halfpipe coach is mainly based on the strength of the Mesozoic era and presents a situation of more women than men;In terms of the coach level certificate,the number of junior coaches is the largest,with a total of 8 people,accounting for 50%.there is still room for coaches to improve their coaching level;reserve talents for Chinese snowboard halfpipe reserve development factors are mainly divided into government factors,economic factors,education factors,and social factors.The main problem of reserve talents training is the difficulty of recruiting reserve talents.Weak base of reserve talents' athletic ability;the lack of scientific selection and training of reserve talents;Insufficient snowboard halfpipe venues,facilities,and human resources;the reserve athletes lack sufficient cultural knowledge;...
