The large-scale sports venues are the landmarks of a city,the important guarantee for holding various competitions,developing mass sports services and developing sports undertakings,and play an important role in promoting national fitness,promoting national health,serving and improving people's livelihood.In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards and the progress of science and technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the service of venues.At present,the State Council issued several opinions on improving the consumption promotion system and mechanism to further stimulate the consumption potential of residents,which proposed that we should closely follow the changes of major social contradictions in our country,comply with the requirements of high-quality development,conform to the upgrading trend of residents' consumption,strive to increase the supply of high-quality products and services,and improve consumers' sense of gain,happiness and security.It can be seen that the improvement of service quality is the general trend.However,due to the late rise of large-scale stadium services in China,it is in a critical period of reform and development.In order to better promote the reform and development of venues,and strive to improve the level of venue service quality,it is particularly important to establish and improve the evaluation system of venue service quality.Based on the detailed analysis of the concept,content and evaluation method of service quality,and the actual development of service quality of large-scale sports venues in Jiangsu Province,this paper studies the service quality evaluation system of large-scale sports venues according to the SERVQUAL evaluation theory of PZB.Finally,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of service quality of large-scale stadiums,which covers five dimensions of tangibility,responsiveness,empathy,assurance and reliability,23 indexes,and calculates the corresponding weight,and designs the level standard of service quality evaluation of large-scale stadiums,so as to build a complete evaluation system of service quality of large-scale stadiums.At last,the paper makes an empirical study on Nanjing large stadium.It is found that the service quality of Nanjing large-scale sports venues is in the middle level,and its service still can not meet the needs of customers.It needs further improvement and improvement,and analyzes the existing problems of relevant service quality,which provides a better way and method for improving the service quality of venues.
