Research And Analysis Of The Student Management System Of Baoshan University

China has entered the Internet + Era.The development of the computer field provides a great convenience for people’s education,life and work.Baoshan college has been expanding enrollment in recent years.The school consists of 14 secondary colleges,including the College of Humanities,Fine Arts and Design,Resources and Environment Institute,School of Information and has nearly 200 classes.So the class management of the secondary college has become an important part of school student management.At present,the class management of the secondary college in our school is still the traditional manual manual management model.It has been unable to adapt to the growing scale of the school and the growing burden of student management.Baoshan college need the application of modern information management technology to improve the management level.This paper introduces the research background,Similar research and application status quo,and clarifies the research contents and main work by taking the student management system of the secondary college class as the research object.The system includes student information management module,student leave management module,student comprehensive evaluation management module,student dormitory discipline management module,student reward and punishment information management module,student leave to statistical management module and system module.In the business analysis,the original business process and the optimized business process are given through the business flow chart and we use the chart to make a comparison between them.In the functional analysis,the use case diagram of each module and each step use case are used to clarify the functional requirements of class student management system,and the overall function package chart and subpackage chart are given.In the data analysis,this paper gives the control class diagram and the abbreviated class diagram of each function of the system,determines the data to be processed by each function and gives the entity class diagram and the database table through the database modeling;At last,we summed up the research content of this paper and the direction of future efforts.
