Research And Analysis Of The Asset Management System Of Jinhua Vocational And Technical College

With the development of information technology,and the school also in the rapid development of information technology,its asset size becomes larger and larger,and the project is also increasing,so in the management of assets above there are certain difficulties.Especially with the advent of school information technology,assets are more and more.In,order to meet the daily management needs of schools,some specific requirements for the fixed assets of schools have been put forward.In the field of computer technology,it can make the management of university assets information become the necessary direction of management.This paper introduces the research status of the research background and significance,the Jinhua Polytechnic physical assets management system of similar products,and explains the main contents of the research and the author’s work;in business analysis,the problems of system and organization,the original business processes were analyzed,given the optimized business in the process;function analysis,through the use case analysis and use case description,the system function,the overall function gives the system package diagram and package diagram sub functions,including the basic information management,procurement management,asset management,fixed assets accounted for real fixed and dynamic management,inventory management,asset retirement management function;in the data analysis,the function of each system is required to process data were analyzed and given.The physical relation diagram and the database table are established.Finally,the research contents are summarized and the future work is prospected.
