With the progress of society and the development of science and technology.people’s living standards have been improved,and the degree of aging in our country has become more and more serious.The rising prevalence of the aging population and the increased quality of rehabilitation required by people with physical disabilities,coupled with the lack of rehabilitation physicians,underscore the importance of medical rehabilitation devices.Lower limb rehabilitation training robot is aimed at lower extremity patients with lower limb rehabilitation training for the purpose of training robots.The existing lower limb rehabilitation training equipment often lack of ergonomic research and evaluation,and to provide users with safe,efficient and ergonomic rehabilitation equipment,medical rehabilitation device product design is an urgent need to solve the problem.In this paper,by investigating the development and current situation of the lower limbs rehabilitation training robot at home and abroad,we deeply understand the user needs and market research.Look for the existing problems of lower limb rehabilitation training robot.Then the body’s lower limb structure and rehabilitation theory to do further analysis and research.The effects of sitting angle on the degree of lower extremity rehabilitation training were demonstrated through the extraction experiments of EMG signals and pulse rate of lower limbs.The experimental results as an evaluation basis applied to the design of lower limb rehabilitation products,and then optimize the product design.Afterwards,the finite element simulation software Ansys was used to analyze the stress and fatigue safety factor of the main stress parts of the lower limb rehabilitation trainers so that the main easy-worn and main stress parts of the lower limb rehabilitation robot could meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,To ensure the safety of lower limb rehabilitation training robots.Followed by the CATIA based ergonomics module,through the establishment of three-dimensional model of human and lower limb rehabilitation robot model to simulate the use of rehabilitation trainer when the state,and the human model working space and work attitude assessment and optimization.Verify the feasibility and scientific design.This article provides the design basis for lower limb rehabilitation equipment,and combines subjective and objective test methods to propose a method for evaluating the usability of lower limb rehabilitation training robots.It also provides theoretical and technical support for the related usability evaluation research in the future.
