Research On The Remote Fault Diagnosis System For Oxygen Production Equipment

Based on the review of the development of remote fault diagnosis technology,a scheme of establishing remote fault diagnosis system for oxygen production equipment is proposed.Focusing on oxygen equipment fault diagnosis,the study analyzes the requirements of the system of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis,elaborate the system frame construction and establish the fault diagnosis mode.In addition,the problems and key technologies in the process of developing the software are also emphasized.Furthermore,based on the characteristics of client/server(C/S)mode and browser/server(B/S)mode,the remote fault diagnosis system which combine C/S mode and B/S mode for oxygen equipment is proposed.That is to say that a subsystem is constructed at the scene along with the remote troubleshooting center of the oxygen equipment companies or of the research institutes.The thesis has a deep discussion on the fault diagnosis system of oxygen equipment,including the theoretical basis and specific technologies,which relate to the network frame structure,fault diagnosis methods and fault reasoning principles.Specifically,this thesis introduces the basic principle of common fault diagnosis,and then analyzes the method of fault diagnosis.Besides,The method of fault tree is used to explain the causes of the malfunction of the oxygen equipment and a fault database that could be added continuously is set up altogether.an oxygen equipment remote fault diagnosis system is established by the Windows platform combining with Visual Studio 2015 and SQL Server 2012 hybrid program technology.Finally,through the test and analysis of the system,the field data acquisition system can be stable and reliable data collection and storage equipment operation information.The remote fault diagnosis system can accurately judge the cause of equipment failure according to the fault data,and explain the cause of failure,and give a reasonable solution,It saves the time and cost of fault diagnosis and improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance of oxygen equipment.
