Research On The Transformation Of Physical Bookstores Under The Enlightenment Of The Sharing Economy Model

Nowadays,the entity bookstore is not only a store for book purchase,but also a cultural space for diversified consumption,and an important cultural facility and carrier for civilization.In recent years,some brand bookstores and special bookstores have been expanding,expanding their scale through chain operation.In big cities,brand bookstores and characteristic bookstores have a great pace of expansion.At the grass-roots level,the "small chain" project,which is represented by Xinhua Bookstore in Zhejiang Province,has a strong momentum of development.The expansion of these bookstores seems to indicate that our bookstores began to pick up after nearly 20 years of degradation and elimination and gradually revived.In fact,from the perspective of overall development,bookstores have not really come out of the cold winter.Academia and industry continue to focus on the development of bookstores.On the other hand,the sharing economy has entered a period of rapid development in China.The successful implementation of the sharing modes of various industries has made the sharing idea deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and also let the consumers feel the convenience brought by the sharing economy.The sharing economy utilizes the platform built by Internet information technology to effectively utilize idle resources caused by overcapacity.At present,in the background of the state vigorously advocating supply side reform,a considerable portion of the resources of the bookstores in China are still not fully utilized,and the consumer demand for increasingly diversified and individualized consumers has not been met,and the problem of supply and demand information asymmetry and the imbalance of supply and demand has become increasingly serious.From the explanation of the development of the entity bookstore in China,this paper analyzes the constraints in the development process of the current entity bookstore,analyzes the problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of the entity bookstore,and then leads to the mode of sharing the economic operation,in order to explore the new path of the transformation of the entity bookstore by means of the sharing mode,which is the sharing bookstore.From the already operating sharing bookstore,the sharing nmodel can fully improve the utilization of various resources of the bookstore,provide readers with more humanized service,make readers more convenient,richer and more affordable,promote the process of reading all the people effectively,and promote the construction of national cultural confidence.First of all,this paper briefly outlines the concept of the entity bookstore in our country,combs the development of the entity bookstore in our country,analyzes the rise and fall of the bookstore in our country by the number of the employees of the entity bookstore and the entity bookstore in our country,and analyses the various plight of the development of the bookstore in our country by using the SWOT analysis and the PEST analysis method.Secondly,it expounds the problems in the difficult transformation of the entity bookstores in China.Thirdly,it briefly introduces the connotation of sharing economy,analyzes the three major elements of sharing economy development and the enlightenment of the sharing economic model to the transformation of the entity bookstore,and provides some theoretical support for the exploration of the sharing mode of the entity bookstore.Finally,the case of the entity bookstore,library,and other enterprises in the sharing mode operation is briefly described,and the idea of implementing the sharing mode from four dimensions of book resources,professional management knowledge,large data resources and cultural space is discussed,and the feasibility of the sharing mode of the entity bookstore is simply analyzed.The transformation of the bookstore provides a certain reference.
