Design And Application Of A Centralized Management And Control System For Confidential Information Security

The secrecy work is a routine management work that the research and production unit of weapon equipment often catch.But the situation of security is not optimistic,and Leaks often happen.Firstly,foreign intelligence technology improves constantly which makes it more difficult to keep secret.Secondly,the confidentiality of employees’ awareness is weak and the supervision and inspection of department are not enough,and it is lack of effective protection measures for the department.Thirdly,the daily work of confidentiality involves a wide range of tasks,a large amount of work,and a wide range of confidential management.In order to streamline the work of security management,reduce security management work of managers,avoid mistake in daily work and make the secrecy work easier,methodical,scientific,standardized,accurate,informational,it is necessary to develop a confidential information security control system which based on computer technology.This paper firstly discusses the background and significance of the research on the confidential information security control system,and discusses the development status of related technologies at home and abroad.Then,a comprehensive demand analysis is carried out for the confidential information security control system,and the overall functional design and detailed functional design of the system are completed.Function of the system according to the business is divided into security management and classified information convert.This paper deeply analyzes the key technology involved in system development,including dynamic integrated design technology platform,the confidential management of efficient process design technology,and a variety of algorithm of combining the data encryption transmission technology and so on.The system which is based on enterprise internal network has achieved the daily confidential online business process flow,daily business confidential documents provided online,online registration,examination and approval,the secrecy management carries on the comprehensive analysis of statistical data,reports,records,documents,and other forms to provide decision support for secrecy management,improve the management level of secrecy,so as to realize the simplify and standardize the management of secrecy.In addition,the system has been launched.According to the usage and user feedback,the functions and performance of each module meet the design requirements.It can meet the demand of users and has good comprehensive performance.In this paper,the main development basis is the level of confidentiality qualification of the scientific research and production unit of weapons and equipment.It takes informationization and automation management as that target,and uses the security and confidentiality management of compute and information system as the core.The system generally adopts the Browser/Server(B/S)mode design,and oracle’s Oracle11G is used in the database.The system is tested,interface friendly,strong in practicability,and has very good social and economic value.
