| In recent years,cloud computing began to rapidly develop and widely be used,people have realized that in the absence of computer infrastructure we can access computing services,due to feeling the convenience of cloud service,so more and more small and medium-sized enterprise or individual users tend to use cloud services to build their business systems or personal application.As cloud services market is increasingly competitive,many cloud service providers begin to develop products with the same or similar function,so how to reasonably evaluate the pros and cons of each cloud service product becomes the focus of the current academic and industrial.And the key to solve this problem is to evaluate the quality of cloud services.For the cloud service quality evaluation,the researchers designed a lot of cloud service selection technology to help users to select cloud service,the TOPSIS method is a widely applied evaluation method.But now TOPSIS method for the cloud service quality evaluation has the following four types of math problems to be solved: 1.when describing the cloud service quality evaluation index,users are typically hesitant and difficult to use a quantitative value to express their views;2.Policymakers determine the positive and negative ideal solution according to the specific circumstances,that is to say,sometimes the positive ideal solution is not the collection of the maximum or the collection of 1,the negative ideal solution is not the collection of the minimum or the collection of zero,they can be a value between the most value and the extremum;3.in some time differentiation degree of evaluation data is small;4.with the increasing of the index system,the data quantity is becoming more and more big,so aim at above problems,this paper put forwards four basic expanded hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS method,the four methods not only improve a step,but also the whole process of the method: evaluation information expression,the determination of the distance measure,determine the positive and negative ideal solution and the relative closeness,which makes structure of the method more reasonable and effective,although the four methods have different emphases,but they complement each other,solve the above four problem one by one,and make the cloud service quality evaluation results more accurate.This article first expounds the research background and significance of cloud service quality evaluation,and makes a detailed introduction of the cloud service quality evaluation and fuzzy TOPSIS method research at home and abroad,and summarizes main problems of the appearing fuzzy TOPSIS method.Secondly analyze the characteristics of cloud service quality evaluation and when TOPSIS method is used to solve the problem of cloud service quality evaluation,there are four types of math problems,and aimed at these problems the paper puts forward four basic expanded hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS method,which can be used to better and more effectively solve the cloud service quality evaluation problem.Finally,with a cloud storage choice case to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the method system. |
