| Along with the agricultural bank’s continuous innovation,its internal human resource information management has been paid more and more attention,and the information management method has been paid more attention accordingly.The traditional method of manual management is time-consuming and exhausting,and this model can not meet the urgent information needs of agricultural bank.Therefore,the development of e-HR system suitable for the current situation of the Bank is a necessity for personnel management.Firstly,the article analyzes the development background of human resources management,and then describes the content of e-HR system comprehensively and thoroughly.It also describes the platform design and operation content involved in the system.Secondly,based on the characteristics of human resources management,it realizes the design of e-HR system by modular.Not only front-end user management interface but also function of behind desk can meet the operational needs of enterprise’s human resources information management business successfully.Finally,the article divides the functional modules of the system clearly and explains all the modules.The thesis achieves the functions of personnel,department,performance,file,salary and system background management.The background of the system uses the SQL Server database and greatly improves the query speed of the database through the database index.According to the high demand for sensitivity of human resources information,we achieved the security of data.Then we did a comprehensive test for the system.Based on the agricultural bank operation and management needs,combined with the existing mature technologies,the system front desk mainly adopts the J2 EE framework and designs the overall architecture of the system,then designs the corresponding functional modules in detail according to the main functions of the system,draws corresponding flowcharts,and designs the database in a comprehensive way,while using SQL Server database in the background.In addition,the design of both the physical and logical architecture of the system has been added to the security design.This paper designs and realizes the human resources management system of the Agricultural Bank,which is simple to operate and strong to function,and greatly improves the efficiency of human resources management compared with traditional management. |
