| Drilling tools are important mechanical equipment in the oil drilling industry.There are many types and quantities of drilling tools.At present,the identification of these tools mainly depends on printing steel numbers,and manual management is required.Due to the special using environment,wear,corrosion or oil contamination can cause unclear identification of the steel specifications,which causes great trouble for the management.However,common recognition technologies like barcode and magnetic card can only be applied to surfaces,unable to adapt to the harsh working environment of drilling tools.Therefore,this paper studies the use of RFID(radio frequency identification)technology to identify drilling tools,and combines computer management techniques to design and develop a drilling tool management system based on RFID technology to achieve automatic identification and efficient management of drilling tools.First of all,in order to solve the difficulty of reading the RFID tag when is embedded in the metal tool,also to reduce the processing difficulty of the mounting groove on the tool.A matching resonant cavity seat is designed for the tag through simulation and experiment.In addition,the random time-slot anti-collision algorithm is used to improve the reading throughput of the handheld reader and reduce the probability of communication collision in the multi-tag identification process.Then,the system adopts Client/Server mode to complete the architecture design of the drilling tool management system according to the requirements.Construct and layout the local area network for tools manage,simultaneously complete the client and handheld software architecture and function modules.System database design use merge replication to achieve data synchronization between handheld SQLCE database and server SQL Server database.Finally,the development of system client software and handheld software is completed under the.NET framework,based on the Microsoft Visual Studio development platform.The drilling tool management system based on RFID technology described in this article uses the RFID tag embedded installation to achieve automatic collection of drilling tool identification and tool information.The development of this drilling tool management system can effectively reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of tool management,which is of great significance to the development of the oil drilling industry. |
