Design And Implementation Of Weather Forecast System Based On Historical Data

With the continuous advancement of numerical prediction technology,and the improvement of atmospheric detection methods,and the rapid update iteration of high-performance computers,modern weather prediction technology has made remarkable progress,and ensemble prediction and probabilistic prediction have been vigorously developed.However,due to the lateness of the establishment of the civil aviation meteorological field,the shortage of information and the young people have become a major factor in the accuracy of aviation weather forecasting.In this case,the review and summary of historical weather must be enhanced while purchasing advanced equipment.Only in this way can the civil aviation industry develop better.Therefore,the research on weather systems based on historical data has very important practical significance.The system adopts C/S mode,uses VB 6.0 and SQL Server 2008 database,and defines the comprehensive similarity index based on three criteria: similarity coefficient,Euclidean distance and similarity.Combined with software engineering theory,the weather forecast system based on historical meteorological data is realized.The system includes modules such as user login,network and data monitoring,real-time data processing,similar calculation and forecasting,search query printing and system parameter modification.Firstly,to build a system of overall architecture,Through the study of domestic and international weather forecasts and similar theoretical development,we put forward new ideas based on the needs of the current situation analysis and the development of civil aviation meteorological weather forecasts produced.Then,according to the requirements,the design of each functional module of the system is completed.Also redesigned its database,document templates and key business processes.Through the description of the ideas of system design,the weather forecast system based on historical meteorological data was successfully realized.At the same time,construct an information management system for weather data query printing.Thus contributing to forecasters and the latest weather summary retrieval process of historical weather.Finally,the test method based on black box test and white box test is used to test the interface,function,performance and security of each module.System applicability and compatibility to meet forecaster’s job requirements,accurate rate reached business standards.The system is currently operating well and has achieved the desired results.With the continuous improvement of computer computing power and the level of meteorological theory,the weather forecasting model based on historical meteorological data will be widely popular in the industry and become a hot research direction in the future.Therefore,the system has a broader application prospect.
