The Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Supervision in the Party passed by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clarified the relationship and relationship between"subject responsibility"and "oversight responsibility".That is,in the party’s internal supervision,the party committee’s party group bears the main responsibility and the secretary It is the first responsible person.Members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee(members of the Party Committee)and members of the Party Committee perform their supervisory duties within their scope of responsibility.This article sets out from the general environment of information construction,uses the idea of"Internet+" to combine the daily supervision and evaluation of government agencies with the Internet,and proposes the idea of developing a dynamic monitoring platform system for online development.It is to develop a "two responsibility" dynamic monitoring platform.Through this platform,it is possible to form a"two-responsibility" assessment system that combines the combination of system assessment and manual assessment,the integration of systems and technology,daily supervision and year-end assessment,and the combination of official assessment and public opinion assessment.The project is developed of the "two responsibility" dynamic supervision platform system using B/S framework,MVC architecture,and JAVA programming language.Specific functions include notification announcements,job assignments,assessment management,job reporting(for different users),job evaluation(for different users),data analysis,SMS management,and system management.After determining the functional requirements and implementation of the project,the Mysql database is used to save and process the data.After the project is initially completed,it enters the testing process.In the testing process,each function of the system needs to be tested,and the test results are fed back to make the project Further improvement.This article starts from the reality of the "two responsibility" dynamic supervision platform system,improves the traditional supervision method and successfully implements the dynamic supervision platform operating system.The use of the "two-responsibility" dynamic monitoring platform promotes the "two responsibilities" inspection and assessment work,allowing inspections and assessments to be featured and effective.
