| University libraries not only undertake the tasks of teaching and scientific research services,but also bear the responsibility of guiding the campus culture and guiding the core values of college students.With the development of various technologies such as RFID,Internet of Things,cloud computing,and applications in libraries,great progress has been made in the theoretical and practical research of the smart library,which promotes the library service to change from passive,group borrowing to active and individual smart service.As the core element of the smart library,smart service plays a vital role in the development of the smart library.This paper starts with the related concepts of the smart library and smart services,and summarizes the process of traditional services according to the traditional service contents of university libraries.According to the definition and content of smart service,summarize the process of smart service of university library,and compare the two to get the advantages and disadvantages of traditional service and smart service.Based on this,this paper takes Yangzhou University Library as the research object,adopts the literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and takes the theory of public goods and process reengineering as the theoretical basis,through investigation and understands the current situation of the smart service of Yangzhou University Library,so as to discover the problems in the smart service of Yangzhou University Library such as the lack of smart service facilities,the single content of smart services,the low sharing of smart service resources,and the cumbersome process of smart service.The root cause of these problems is due to limited investment,insufficient innovation of special services,inadequate sharing mechanism,and lagging behind in the construction of librarians.By reviewing the professional materials and research literature related to smart services at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relevant experience of advanced university libraries in the smart service,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the smart service of universities in Yangzhou from four aspects in combination with the actual situation of Yangzhou University Library.First,intelligent service facilities,creating special space services,improving intelligent service terminals,and optimizing the process of smart services;Second,diversification of the content of smart services,emphasizing the development of conventional services and characteristic services;Third,the professionalization of the smart service team,emphasizing on increasing the introduction of talents,adjusting the professional structure of talents,and establishing a stable and long-term employment mechanism;Fourth,the coordinated development of smart services,emphasizing the coordinated development of regional library alliances and campus communities,changing concepts and innovating service mechanisms,so as to achieve the situation of the sharing of information resources and society.This paper is based on the research of the smart service of Yangzhou University Library,which has great reference value for the development of the smart service in Yangzhou University Library. |
