With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the tourism industry has developed rapidly,its market competition is increasingly fierce,and tourists themselves have gradually mature,the pursuit of superior and quality journey experience,the comfort,safety and so on have higher requirements.In the face of the increasingly progressive social needs,enterprises are eager to improve the service quality and efficiency through artificial intelligence and other technological means.The intelligent cruise system is a comprehensive application of a number of computer technology,multi-level and omni-directional control of the real-time status of tourists queuing and cruise ship operation,so that the rational allocation of resources.Through careful analysis of the main outstanding problems such as the anxious queuing of tourists waiting for ships under the condition of "unknown",the frequent congestion during the cruise ship journey,the idleness or unavailability of the pilots,the out-of-control of the ship when it leaves the shore,and the missing words of the scenic spots,the paper puts forward the queuing of tourists waiting for ships,the scientific dispatching of cruise ships and pilots,etc.This paper analyzes and designs three main aspects of enterprise internal resources and production safety.The key of the whole application lies in the practicability of queuing and resource scheduling algorithm,and seamless integration of all kinds of sensors.After the implementation of the system,visitors can have a good idea of the waiting time,make full use of the time fragments,and reduce the number of passengers in the waiting area,the order of the scene has been improved,and the manpower input of enterprises has also been reduced.Moreover,the utilization ratio of cruise ships has been significantly improved,the driver’s time arrangement is compact and reasonable,and the unexpected risks in the operation process are reduced.The intelligent cruise system takes tourists as the main line,uses the software architecture of Client/Server and Brower/Server,JAVA and C++ as the main development language,IntelliJ IDEA as the Web server development tool,Visual Studio 2012 as the ship client development tool,according to the J2EE specification,based on My SQL database and G platform design,give full play to the development of object-oriented,tangent programming,control inversion and other development ideas.Under the protocol standards of HTTP,Modbus,USB and CAN,a series of data exchange protocols are defined,and the communication between different functional modules is realized by using serial,USB,TCP Socket and other programming techniques.The server provides a standardized Restful application interface,and the third party can easily access seamlessly.According to the current situation of the scenic area and the demand of future business development,the core functions of queuing management,all kinds of dangerous situation warning,electric motor battery monitoring,audio video monitoring,automatic voice explanation and so on are designed and realized.Grasp the information of cruise operation in real time,ensure ship safety and record and keep information for future enquiry,so as to lay a good foundation for pilotless development.The large data-based intelligent cruise management system takes the place of artificial experience,with the least consumption of production cost and the fastest response to the production activities,ensuring the safe and reliable daily voyage and comfortable tourists.
