| The biggest feature of the information age is that vast amounts of data are being generated all the time.These data are not disorganized and meaningless,but contain great information value.Data mining technology can help people find innovative,invisible and pluralistic information from massive data,and these information will play an important role in the development of a certain field,which is no exception in the field of education.In this study,data mining technology is applied to community management system to help educators evaluate teaching quality.Based on the data mining technology and the method of combining theory with practice,this paper systematically expounds the background and basic concepts of the technology related to data mining.The classical data mining process is analyzed in detail,and the community management system based on B/S pattern is studied.The system is divided into the following modules:basic information management subsystem,community activity management subsystem,aclhievement management subsystem,student information management subsystem,teaching evaluation subsystem.And the data mining technology is applied to the system,and in this paper,the improved ID3 algorithm is used to establish the decision tree model.In one step,it is applied to the community teaching management system of this subject.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:the overall planning of community management system based on data mining technology.Starting from the actual community management work,the requirements are analyzed,and each functional module of the system is designed in detail.The functional structure diagram and functional use case diagram of the system are used to represent the functional structure of the system.The flow chart is used to explain the whole and part of the work flow of the system.The logical structure design,entity relationship design and physical model design of the database are carried out.Then the traditional ID3 algorithm is applied to the teaching quality evaluator.In order to improve the working efficiency of the system,the ID3 algorithm is improved to reduce the time complexity of the operation,improve the operating efficiency of the system,and achieve the goal of evaluating and predicting the teaching quality of teachers.Through the development and design of this system,it provides an efficient,convenient,scientific and reliable system tool for the complicated community management in primary and secondary schools,and reduces the workload of community managers.More importantly,it is more important to make reasonable and effective use of a large number of data generated in management,and to mine valuable and potential information from these data with data mining technology,which can be more scientific and efficient for the majority of teachers and teachers.Students’teaching management,evaluation,for managers to make evaluation and decision-making to provide reliable,referential and valuable information. |
