LTCC technology is one of the main methods of electronic packaging technology.Filters play a key role as the main passive components in electronic systems.LTCC filters fabricated by LTCC technology have become a research hotspot in LTCC technology.The author designed and processed two lumped LTCC low-pass filters.The test filter performance fully meets the foreign indicators.The final low-pass filter size is 3.2mm~*1.6mm~*0.94 mm,which can be used for practical engineering requirements.This paper also designed and processed a high performance SIR bandpass filter with an out-of-band rejection of ≥ 50 dB and a bandpass filter size of 7.0mm~*5.0mm~*1.5mm,which realizes these two low-pass filters.Localization alternative.Punching,filling and sintering are the key processes in the LTCC process.These three key processes are described in detail,and the key factors and key process parameters of each process are derived.These parameters and methods are applied to the LTCC filter.The actual processing has a certain reference and reference role.Finally,the paper describes the method of combining two differently designed bandpass filters into a two-pass bandpass filter.The simulation index of the two-pass bandpass filter is given.According to its index,the filter is based on the index.Has a certain practical value.
