Based On ASP.NET Land Tax Public Service Management System Design And Implementation

The local tax department is mainly aiming at small scale of small and medium enterprises,but they are not the tax problem in corporate affairs,so the tax consciousness and ability has great difference,it also makes the tax to exist the problem of low efficiency of tax.The rise of online tax to bring new vitality to solve the problem of tax,tax and tax online this way with the traditional combination of bring a new direction for the optimization of tax administration.Will be fine as a common means of tax management system,one is constructed from the online reservation and the traditional tax service flexible multiple channels,from another point of view,tax records,mechanism characteristics and excellent booking window taxpayers.To improve the efficiency of the tax department with a higher quality of interaction as well as the implementation of early warning,the taxpayer’s waiting time reduced to a minimum but also to avoid the occurrence of tax failure time,also promote the tax department to the fine development of intelligent system.The development of the tax service system based on the appointment of the tax department and the field of queuing theory,at the same time on the comprehensive data analysis and fine line integration,development analysis,reasonable management system of tax department with object oriented method.The paper analyzes the needs of the land tax public service management system of Nanjing municipal tax bureau,and gives the system structure and system function framework.Use the unified modeling language to carry out the detailed use case analysis of the system,and give the use case diagram and class diagram of the related functions.Queuing theory and system development method by introducing object oriented,based on the B/S architecture completed the tax service hall of public service management system.Mainly for complaints,consulting,reminding,notices,evaluation and reservation and other services,and to optimize and organize them.The new tax service management system integrates multiple channels to manage reasonably,and at the same time,can achieve unified management and realize the optimization of the back end business system.This also helps the Nanjing Local Taxation Bureau to improve its management system.The functional modules of differentiated system can not only solve the problems encountered by taxpayers when they are dealing with businesses,but also make taxpayers more clear about business process,and the taxpayers’views have been answered,which also optimizes the shortcomings of the system.
