The rapid development of the sharing economy has caused explosive growth of supply and demand data on various platforms, and bilateral matching systems have become the key to solving this problem. However, the traditional bilateral matching algorithm is generally converted to satisfaction based on the evaluation value given by the subject, and the solution is based on the goal of the greatest overall satisfaction of the two parties. The mutual correlation between matching individuals and the psychological impact of matching results on individuals are often ignored.Considering the above two hidden factors have an important impact on people’s work efficiency and creativity, this paper studies and proposes a bilateral matching solution that considers the subject’s psychological behavior and collaboration effects based on preference order.Aiming at the nonlinear problem that psychological behavior is easily overlooked in the process of bilateral matching and the different matching results bring the individual’s psychological experience changes first and then weak, based on the preference order of the bilateral matching individual, based on the prospect theory(prospect theory),Regret theory introduces a logarithmic perception function to predict psychological perception values, modify satisfaction, increase the rationality of the bilateral matching process, and increase the overall satisfaction of both parties.Aiming at the problem that the correlation between individuals is easily overlooked in the bilateral matching process,a network model of the correlation between individuals is constructed to calculate the individual collaboration effect value, and the two indicators of individual network influence degree and individual clustering coefficient are used to describe the relationship between individuals. The degree of mutual influence of the matching process improves the rationality of the matching process.Comparative experiments show that the logarithmic perception function predicts the psychological perception value, and the obtained matching result improves the overall satisfaction level by about 5.52% of the average value of the comparison method;whether to consider the individual collaboration effect has a significant impact on the matching result. The experimental results show that it is necessary to consider the psychological behavior and the interrelation of individuals in the process of bilateral matching.
