This thesis uses the relevent theories in Journalism science,Communication science,Media management to study Ejinhoro banner Media.Grassroots are closest to the Masses,representing the depth and breadth of the party and the state’s major policies.Ejinhoro Banner was merged from the former Zasak Banner and Junwang Banner.Since the foundation of the Junwang Banner News in 1958,the media of Ejinhoro Banner has gone through 62 years.Now has its own Newspapers and Periodical,Radio,Television,Mediasites,Weibo,We Chat public platform,Media APP.As the Grassroots media of party and government leadership,it plays a vital role in propagating ideology and serving the people.The thesis is divided into three parts: introduction,paper body and conclusion.The introduction part elaborates the research object,the selected topic and its significance,research methods,and research status.The paper body consists of five parts.Chapter 1 systematically summarizes the development and current situation of Ejinhoro Banner Newspapers and Periodical,Radio,Television,Mediasites,Weibo,We Chat public platform,Media APP by means of literature research.Chapter 2 introduces the general situation of the media organization reform in Ejinhoro Banner.Chapter 3 analyzes the media information resources,human resources and material resources of Ejinhoro Banner by means of investigation and content analysis method.Chapter 4 analyzes and summarizes the media contact behavior,use and satisfaction of the audience,and the opinions and suggestions expressed by the audience based on the media audience questionnaire survey conducted in Ejinhoro Banner.Chapter 5 summarizes the achievements of Ejinhoro Banner media,finds out the problems,and puts forward suggestions on improving the awareness of take the brand,focusing on innovation and integrated development.In the cunclusion,summarizes the characteristics of Ejinhoro Banner media,and puts forward that Ejinhoro Banner media has made contributions to the development of the local banner in all aspects,met the needs of the masses of grassroots people,is the media to give full play to the role of the party and government mouthpiece,believe in the future development will make greater achievements.
