| With the development strategy of the national military-civilian integration been put forward,It makes wireless receivers become the key research area for many researchers in military and civilian fields, and the application fields have been gradually extended to all aspects of our life.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for receiving and transmitting equipment.Such as: ultra-wideband,miniaturization,high integration, low power consumption, low cost, and etc.Based on the micro-assembly technology, this paper studies how to realize the miniaturization,ultra-wideband and integradation of the RF receiver.Through analysis and research, the miniaturized UWB receiver of 4GHz to 40 GHz is designed and implemented by using MMIC chip technology.Firstly,by consulting relevant references at home and abroad, this paper have been wrote by review the domestic and international UWB receiver design technology and the miniaturization scheme of the receiver,at the same time make a summary of the development of ultra-wideband receiver technology.According to the existing receiver implementation scheme, the superheterodyne scheme is selected as the system frequency conversion mode by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several structures. And 9.6 GHz and 22 GHz are selected as an intermediate frequency, and the system outputs 900 MHz.Due to the wide frequency band of the system receiver,in order to prevent mutual interference, the frequency band is divided into eight frequency bands for segmentation reception.Secondly, the link budget simulation is carried out according to the proposed system index, and the simulation is verified by the microwave simulation software ADS.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is feasible. After the simulation, the chip selection of LNA,RF switch, mixer, and IF amplifier required for the system structure should be carried out according to the system index and link gain distribution. In addition,in order to meet the miniaturization requirements of the system, the microstrip filter is selected as the filtering unit for this paper, and the passive filters are required by the receiver were simulated by HFSS electromagnetic simulation software. Finally, the RF receiver channel, power supply circuit and cavity are integrated according to the scheme. The micro-assembly technology is used to realize the interconnection and assembly between the microwave transmission lines and the MMIC chips, and finally the size of the whole machine is 10.15cm×5.6cm×1.3cm.Ultimately,the test results of 4GHz~40GHz miniaturized ultra-wideband receiver are given,The test results show that the receiver have realized ultra-wideband signal reception, and the channel gain is greater than 20 dB,the receiver noise figure is less than 8dB,the harmonic suppression is greater than 45 dBc,and the input standing wave is lower than 2.19. |
