| The automotive anti-collision radar is mainly used in assistance driving system.With the development of ADAS and the rise of artificial intelligence in recent years,the automobile anti-collision radar gradually transits from 24 GHz to 77 GHz and from simple warning function to point cloud output of target Lidar.Meanwhile,the millimeter wave radar began to be used directly in ADAS and autonomous driving applications.At present,with the high cost of Lidar,the 77 GHz millimeter wave vehicle radar is very likely to be the first main sensor to land in the self-driving scheme.In this paper,a 77 GHz anti-collision radar signal processing system for automotive safety system is developed,and the design scheme of the rear-facing anti-collision radar is proposed.The working principle and algorithm of signal processing system of automobile anti-collision radar are studied in depth,and an engineering prototype of 77 GHz automobile anti-collision radar signal processing system is realized,including software,hardware implementation and calibration test.The main work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of the signal processing system of automobile anti-collision radar.And then,the system framework,distance,speed and Angle calculation method of the signal processing system of 77 GHz anti-collision radar designed in this paper are given,and the calculation of relevant parameters is introduced in detail combined with the set system parameters.Secondly,the signal processing algorithms adopted in this paper are introduced in detail,including two-dimensional fast Fourier transform(2D-FFT),constant false alarm(CFAR)algorithm,digital beamforming(DBF)and multi-target tracking,etc.Thirdly,this paper introduces the realization of signal processing system based on S32R274,including hardware realization of power circuit,rf module,data interface and antenna design,as well as software realization of signal processing process,multi-core control and signal processing algorithm.Finally,calibrate and test a set of 77 GHz vehicle anti-collision radar signal processing system engineering prototype realized in the above process,including general plate-level functional test,amplitude and phase correction of receiving channel,static calibration,scene test after logical division,static scene test such as roadside waiting for vehicles,basement reversing and dynamic road test.According to a series of test results,the engineering prototype designed in this paper meets the requirements of system design and has the capacity of mass production. |
